It's a nice new lead role for former 'Y&R' star, Redaric Williams. Williams who played the role of Tyler Michaelson on 'The Young and the Restless' from 2012 - 2014 will star as Franklin Young in the upcoming holiday indie film from Kenny Young titled, "Miss Me This Christmas". The film is written by Yvette Foy and Marni Martin and also stars, Erica Ash as Regina Young, Williams' on-screen wife.
The upcoming movie focuses on Regina (Ash) and Franklin (Williams) who are seemingly the perfect couple, the toast of all their friends and who got married on Christmas Day six years ago at the famed Chesterton Hotel. At Thanksgiving, they have a huge fight and trusts are broken -- they decide to divorce. Their divorce is made final on Christmas Day. Regina decides to move into her best friend Trish's (played Eva Marcille who played Tyra Hamilton on Y&R) suite at The Chesterton Hotel. There Regina starts a whirlwind romance with eccentric multi-millionaire Ulysses Danbert (played by Allen Maldonado). When Ulysses proposes to her, she must come to terms that her marriage may be over. Is the love between Regina and Franklin all wrapped up? We will all find out at the big Christmas party at The Chesterton Hotel.
