Life Is A Journey: The Young and the Restless' Lexie Stevenson Tells Her Touching Tale!

The Young and the Restless actress, Lexie Stevenson (Mattie Ashby) has taken to social media to enlighten fans of her journey to success with a very touching post. Her post read, "Two years ago today I hopped in my Ford Explorer with my dad and we began our journey across the country to Los Angeles. We took Route 66 and made some incredible memories. On August 28th 2016, not in a million years, would I have thought my life would be what it is today. Tears are running down my face as I write this in a cafe in Venice California. I’ve got tears of joy because I am so grateful for what God has given me. I have no idea what I did to deserve it but I will continue everyday to work harder and learn more. Today is a very special day for me because it was the day I specifically picked to follow my dreams full throttle. I will never forget it. I’ll never forget putting the last of my things in the trunk of my car and waving goodbye to my house in Maine. I’ll never forget the scary yet excited feeling I had. I’ll never forget the hurdles I went through to get to that day and to get to this day. It sounds cheesy but I really was a small town girl that moved to the big city and took a chance. But there’s still a long way to go and I know I’m doing pretty good right now but I swear just wait". We're pretty excited to see what's ahead for her.
