Today is a very special day for two 'Days of Our Lives' stars as it was on this day that both stars made their debut on the NBC daytime drama. On November 13, 2008, Eric Martsolf made his debut as Brady Black replacing Kyler Lowder while Greg Vaughan made his debut as Eric Brady on November 13, 2012, replacing Jensen Ackles.
Today, Martsolf is celebrating his 10th anniversary while Vaughan is celebrating his 6th. While they've had grand success on the NBC daytime drama, they both had a start elsewhere in the soap genre. Martsolf made his daytime entrance playing the role of Ethan Winthrop on the now-defunct soap opera, "Passions" from 2002 until the show's end in 2008. Vaughan, on the other hand, started out by playing the role of Diego Guittierez on 'The Young and the Restless' and after which played Lucky Spencer on 'General Hospital' before moving to the NBC daytime soap which he now appears on.
Both Vaughan and Martsolf throughout their run on 'Days of Our Lives' has delivered outstanding performances in key areas. They both have done a superb and excellent job with whatever material they were given to work with, no wonder, fans love them so much.
