Lisa Rinna said she would do Y&R or GH. But, what role would she play? Read more here--->>
Would Lisa Rinna do soaps again? She's quite open to it. Fans would remember that Lisa Rinna's soap career began in 1992 when she took on the role of Billie Reed on Days of Our Lives. She then left the NBC daytime drama in September 1995. Rinna returned to the show in March 2012 and left again on January 30, 2013. Since then, she briefly made a return to the show earlier this year but would she ever do soaps again whether for a short story arc or permanently?
In a recent Q&A with fans, Rinna revealed that if she was to do another soap besides Days of Our Lives it would be either The Young and the Restless or General Hospital. There're plenty of roles that we could see her playing, but we'll leave that for another time. As for whether she'd prefer playing Taylor McBride (a role she played on Melrose Place from 1996 - 1998) or Billie Reed again, she chose Taylor.
While a return to soaps is not yet in the cards, Rinna has much for fans to look forward to. She recently made a guest appearance on The Guest Book in the role of Loretta on November 20, 2018. She is also set to play a role in season 2 of a new series called This Close. The series is created by Joshua Feldman and Shoshannah Stern and is set to return in 2019. In the focus of the series, dealing with work, romance and family drama is never easy. But BFFs Kate and Michael, who are both deaf and live in Los Angeles, are about to face new challenges - including a bad breakup, being tokenized at work and a troubling secret - all of which test their bond in surprising ways. If they want to survive the rough road ahead, they'll have to be there for each other - no matter what. Would you want to Rinna on GH or Y&R and in what role?
