General Hospital actress Cassandra James is celebrating her first anniversary with the soap. Viewers were introduced to James as Dr. Terry Randolph, Liz's (Rebecca Herbst) childhood friend at the end of the June 29, 2018 episode.
Terry was the guy whom Liz shared her first kiss with. This is James' first major Television credit and she became the first real transgender actress on a daytime soap opera in a major role - that's some major soap history.
