Days
Who trashed the lab? Who kidnapped Jennifer? It turned out that these two culprits were the same. Eve? Dr. Rolf? Nope. It was Dr. Shaw! No lies didn't see that one coming. Dr. Shaw had been pushed around and dumped one too many times. Jennifer getting Kayla to make him share his lab with Dr. Rolf so Dr. Rolf could make the serum for Jack to get his memory back was the final straw. Dr. Shaw confronted and grabbed Kayla like he had lost his mind. Kayla fired his tail. And then he snapped and snatched Jennifer up. Vivian cut off Kate's air supply in her air tubes. Kate flatlined but they brought her back. She wasn't able to breathe on her own. Kayla told Lucas (who came to see about his momma) that they hadn't given up on Kate but there could be a time in the future that he would have to make some tough decisions as Kate left him in charge to make medical decisions regarding her care if she wasn't able to. Kristen was/is on a mission to prove to Brady that she could be a better person. She helped Tony get out of jail. And she got Dr. Rolf to come back to continue his work on the memory serum. Was Kristen really trying to change? Of course not. Xander mistakenly let it slip that Sarah was pregnant. And then told Kristen Sarah was going to have an abortion. Hey Days, we ain't feeling or buying this "new" Xander. Not at all. Kristen was all giddy at the thought of stealing Sarah's embryo like she did Theresa's. So much for a kinder and better Kristen. LOL.
Brady was twisting himself in knots trying to resist Kristen. He barely made it through the week without sleeping with her. We aren't sure how much longer he will be able to hold out. Brady whined to dad John about how hard it is for him to resist Kristen and how much he hates himself for it. John was understanding as he has had first-hand experience trying to resist Kristen. Both son and dad agreed that Kristen had a lil something something that is difficult to resist. As we said last week do it or don't do it Brady. Just make a decision please and thank you. Jordan was declared sane, released from the asylum and discharged into Rafe's care. Jordan believes that Ben hasn't changed and he's a danger to Ciara and to others. She didn't do a good job of protecting Ben from himself but she was going to do better by her son. Ben wasn't going to get near him. And Jordan has a very bad feeling something very bad is going to happen to Ciara. Foreshadowing? The week ended with Will going to the DiMera mansion to shake down Vivian who he is convinced shot Kate and Stefan who he is convinced knows that she did.

The morning after Ridge and Shauna "slept" together, a hungover Ridge was assured by Shauna that all they did was sleep. Ridge asked Shauna not to say anything bout their nothing happening here night. Shauna promised Ridge she would keep her mouth shut because her once jailbird daughter had been set free because of Ridge. Ridge went home and didn't tell Brooke about "sleeping" with Shauna when she asked him about his night out. Oh, Ridge, it would have been so easy just to tell Brooke. Sigh...but now we will have to deal with Ridge's "secret." Bridge called a truce and said they didn't want what happened with Thomas and Hope to come between them. Hmm. Guess it will be Shauna then right? LOL.
Shauna was off blabbing to Flo that she "slept" with Ridge and yes they were fully clothed and yes nothing happened but Shauna was fully game at any time for that to change. And she told Flo she gave Ridge an innocent kiss on the lips when he was passed out cold. Was that creepy to y'all too? Katie went to visit her niece Flo and lit into her on full blast. And told Flo what Brooke told her momma that Flo and Shauna needed to bounce, leave L.A and never come back. So what did Flo do? Well, after listening to her momma that she shouldn't give up on Wyatt, she went to see him. She had some tired ole electronic scrapbook chronicling their history and talking about true love can find forgiveness. Flo didn't your auntie Katie tell you to leave? LOL. Quinn still ain't feeling Sally. She told Sally you are the rebound chick. Wyatt loves Flo and always will. Sally told Wyatt she couldn't go through what she went through before when Wyatt broke up with her and went straight to Flo. She was being cautious because she needed reassurance. Wyatt proposed. Mkay. Katie hadn't been feeling well and had been in pain. Bill was pushing Katie to go to the doctor when Katie got up out of the bed and fell out.
Young and the Restless
News of Victor's death spread throughout GC. Everybody was distraught. Look we can't play this game. We all know Victor ain't dead. The only questions that remained were; 1)Who on canvas was in on the faux dead plot. 2) And will there be a twist. Because we are having an extremely difficult time believing that Adam wouldn't suspect a ruse. Especially given the fact that Adam knows Nate suspects that Adam stole Nate's tablet. But Adam was all distraught and depressed and told Phyllis he never meant to kill Victor he only wanted to throw him off his game. So maybe we are supposed to believe he bought the faux death. Nick told Adam if there was foul play in Victor's "death" he was coming for him. The only one who was true to form in all of this was Phyllis. She was glad Victor was dead and that was pretty much that. LOL. Sharon and Jack shared warm and genuine scenes about healing and coming full circle when they unexpectedly ran into each other on their individual getaways to find themselves. Nick told Chelsea he suspected that Adam had something to do with his father's death. Chelsea thought even for Adam that was too far. Sharon was also shaken by the news that Adam was a suspect in Victor's "death."
Nikki urged Paul to investigate Victor's "death." She knew her husband's health and didn't believe he died from his sickness. It was confirmed that Victor had elevated levels of medication in his blood so Rey and Paul opened up an investigation that led them to the lady who Adam paid off to alter Victor's meds. She was questioned by Paul and Rey and confessed that Victor's offspring did pay her to alter Victor's meds-Victoria. Whet? Are we supposed to believe that the police would-never mind. Let's get to the good stuff. Mishael Morgan is back! I'll let the rest of the fam toggle over who Amanda really is and who she should be with. I'm just glad she is back! Welcome, home! Devon got the shock of his life when he opened the door to the lawyer he was to meet regarding potential discrepancies in Katherine's will and Amanda Sinclair a dead ringer for Hillary was at the door. Devon collected himself much better than I would have. Amanda confirmed that it was Chance who hired her to contest Katherine's will. Is it really Chance? We think maybe we would have seen him by now? Not sure. Anyway, David Sherman the attorney who handled Katherine's will allegedly gave a death bed confession to Chance that Tucker paid him to change the will and that some portions of it didn't reflect Katherine's intentions. Say who? Say what? Devon betta stay rich. PERIODT. Devon told Amanda I don't know what kind of game Chance and your "duplicitous" face is playing but it's my money and it is going to stay my money. Good-bye...for now.

General Hospital
Sasha confessed to Michael she wasn't Nina's daughter. She was hired by Valentin and she agreed to go along with it for the money to help pay medical bills for her grandmother. Michael was mad for all about what 24 hours? The man who was lied to about his own paternity forgave Sasha and encouraged her to lie a little longer until they could figure out how best to handle it. Say who? Say what? Shiloh summoned Peter to the jail and reminded him that he had better find a way to get him out of jail or everybody would learn of his past alliance with Helena Cassadine. And Shiloh had heard what happened to Andre and Drew so it wouldn't take long for anyone to connect the dots. Spinelli was in PC for a visit. Jason, Spinelli, and Sonny all became suspicious of Peter's involvement and alliance with Shiloh. And how he may be involved in what happened to Andre and Drew. Shiloh's trial started. Willow and Sam took the stand and detailed the laundry list of Shiloh's misdeeds. Shiloh took the stand in his own defense. He talked about how screwed up Kristina was because of her family when she first came to DOD and how all they did was help her just like he tried to help Willow. And Sam? She can't talk at all. The con played the biggest con and swindled my daddy out of all his money and me out of my inheritance. When the trial was suspended to take a break Peter's faux sheriff helped to break Shiloh out. Shiloh is loose. We must say it again. Kim is GONE PECONE. Franco's ankle monitor was removed and NotDrew and Kim removed their clothes. Kim slept with Franco. My goodness. Liz found out. Kim told Liz all kinds of stuff that made her deserve much more than the one slap she got from Liz. Kim told her NotDrew had chosen her, Kim. NotDew didn't want her, Liz. And that Liz couldn't get him back any more than Kim could get Oscar back. For that alone Liz should have slapped her several times. Kim said she and NotDrew were together and would be together and Liz needed to accept it. Liz was like oh yeah? Liz had Franco picked up which we assumed was because a Judge ruled Franco mentally incapacitated.
Performers of the Week!
Performer of the Week is Jason Thompson! (Billy, The Young of the Restless)
"We absolutely can't wait to see where this is headed. And we know JT is gonna b-r-i-n-g it!" This is what we wrote in July when this storyline began with Billy again being tormented about Delia's death. Last week brought the culmination of the storyline. Billy came to the realization that he had tried to kill Adam. He realized there were gaps in his memories and he was having a mental break. Billy fell asleep and he dreamed of an adult Delia (do you think I want my daddy to be murderer), Jack (you have always been a screw-up), Jill (you don't deserve Victoria), Phyllis (you slept with my daughter) and Adam (this thing between us has to end) all of them being a mirror of sorts for Billy to see himself. And ultimately Billy dreamed of fighting with himself, overpowering and then ultimately killing his inner "demon."
Jason was sooooo good! Every emotion emoted before a single solitary word was uttered. Billy ran the gamut of emotions during the stand-alone episode being; lost, distraught, exhausted, angry, apologetic, remorseful, confused, overwhelmed. We were drawn to Jason's eyes the entire time. They told us everything and we felt everything. We said in July; "We are overjoyed that Jason has his own storyline." And we are saying it again adding in a big thank you, Jason, for taking us on this journey with you and Billy! Take your bow, Jason! Brillant!
Our Honorable Mention of the Week is Robin Strasser! (Vivian Alamain, Days of our Lives)
We are enjoying Robin's portrayal of Vivian! Lots of good stuff. Last week Vivian was such a hoot! She went to the hospital to finish Kate off. If at first, you don't succeed...Vivian gave a heavily medicated Kate her props about surviving being shot at point-blank range and buried alive. And although Kate had been a worthy adversary Vivian was done playing with Kate and she had to go once and for all. While she talked and squeezed and squeezed the air tubes (with a towel no fingerprints); Kate the fighter held on and Vivian exclaimed: "For God's sake will you die already!" LOL. The machines finally started going off and Vivian made her escape but did overhear first that Kate was in a coma. The next morning over a cup of spiked coffee (Vivian keeps that flask close) Vivian detailed to Stefan how she tried to finish Kate off using the DiMera gold napkin as a prop. She told Stefano to keep her scrubs and Dr. Kramer's ID card handy because if Kate woke up Dr. Kramer would have to reappear. Stefan told his momma none of this was cut and dry. His wife cared about Kate. Vivian was like who? Your wife of all of five minutes. Are you choosing her over me? Keep playing with me son and yours will be the next grave I dig! Yes! That was gangsta. Vivian did pull back a bit. But we think Stefan got the message. And she basically called Stefan out for being too soft. We loved those scenes. Robin's portrayal was entertaining! Her delivery, expressions and physical mannerisms too funny! But she turned on a dime when Vivian let Stefan know in no uncertain times he wasn't immune to her wrath if he didn't come through for her. Then she turned again and was apologetic...sort of...Robin has stepped right in and hasn't missed a beat. Not that we expected anything less from this soap star! We love you as Vivian, Robin! Great job!
