The Young and the Restless alum Kelli Goss (Courtney Sloane) has joined a new pilot according to Deadline. Goss is set as series regular alongside Elizabeth Alderfer, Adhir Kayla, Parker Young and Dean Marros in CBS' upcoming pilot called The United States of Al.
The upcoming series is co-created and executive produced by Chuck Loree, David Goetsch and Maria Ferrari. It is written by Goetsch and Ferrari and is about the friendship between Riley, a marine combat veteran struggling to readjust t civilian life on Ohio, and Awalmir aka A, the interpreter who served with his unit in Afghanistan and arrived in America to start a new life.
Goss plays the role of Vanessa, "Riley’s (Parker Young) soon-to-be ex-wife and the fiercely protective mother of their young daughter. She tries her best to co-parent with her undependable ex, despite her frustration with his hard-partying, adrenaline-junkie lifestyle."
