The Bold and the Beautiful
Quinn warned Brooke about going to war with her. Thomas confronted Quinn about her plan to take down Brooke and offered a deal to partner up against her. Wyatt and Liam bonded over their shared women troubles. After Eric went to Ridge with his concerns about Brooke and Quinn, he talked with Quinn about being the bigger person in their fight. Ridge tried to get Brooke to make peace with Quinn, but she was unwilling to forgive and trust her. Sally was grateful to have Katie with her at the doctors and confided in her about her symptoms. Katie urged her to speak with Wyatt about her situation.
Thomas warned Quinn that her plan to make Brooke fall off the wagon would backfire, and it may have already started as Brooke couldn’t stop staring at the booze. Brooke confronted Steffy at the office about kissing Liam before heading over to tell Liam to fight for his relationship. Hope told Steffy that she wants them to get along at the office, but she couldn’t forget about the betrayal. A guilty Steffy started to tell her that more was going on than she knew, but Thomas walked in before she could tell her everything.
Carter and Zoe were becoming friendly before he asked her about her relationship with Thomas. Thomas told Hope that he wanted to be with her while Liam and Steffy’s family day led to another kiss. Wyatt goes to Sally with his concerns, but she plays it off as work stress. Bill also became suspicious that Katie was hiding something from him after her trip to the doctors. Quinn and Shauna celebrated Flo and Wyatt’s relationship, but Quinn told her that they should still watch out for Sally. Sally and Katie went back to the doctor for her results, which doesn’t sound like good news.
General Hospital
Sonny made it to the hospital to check on Carly and to question Brando about his appearance in Port Charles. Brando claimed that he was in town looking for his mom after seeing her pictures on social media with her “Grandson” Dev. Gladys explained that she and Brando had a falling out after he got out of the war and it was easier to say he was dead than the truth. Dev became concerned about what Brando’s visit would mean for his status in the country. Nikolas came to realize how badly he had screwed up while at Laura’s bedside. She told him that she would always love him, but the Cassadine side of him was present. And that she wasn’t going to force Spencer to forgive him. He would have to do that on his own time. Brad and Willow got into another argument about his behavior that led to him firing her. Michael tried to keep Sasha safe from the dangers that came with being with him by breaking things off with her, but she wasn’t ready to walk away just yet. And then they finally exchanged I love yous. Dev told Joss that he was scared for her after hearing about the shootings.
The Quartermaines weren’t happy with their new houseguest. Ned told Tracey that between the Nelle drama and Sonny’s antics it might be time for someone else to take charge of ELQ. Finn talked with Sam about protecting their kids from the danger their spouses bring to the table. Peter spent the day with Anna and Violet. He thanked her for not giving over the evidence against him to the police, and that she won’t regret her decision. After Finn finds Peter there, Anna tells him that she didn’t turn over the evidence. They argue and he leaves with things unresolved between them. Sam used the situation to bring Finn in on her deal with Robert hoping he would help get more evidence against Peter. But Finn’s love for Anna outweighed everything and he goes to her with the news of Robert’s deal with Jason and Sam. Jax was upset that Sonny has put Joss and Carly in danger again, and begged Carly to take the girls and leave before it was too late. Spinelli met with Sam and is ready to help take down Peter.
Jason found out from one of the shooters that they were dealing with Cyrus, a ruthless heavy hitter in the drug trafficking world. Sonny pays Cyrus a visit at Pentonville. Cyrus wants to make a deal that if Sonny lets him move his product through Port Charles then he will leave him alone. Sonny turns him down and is ready to strike back. Laura warns Jason that she will not sit back and let a mob war happen in her town. Nina and Jax face the awkwardness of the situation and talk about their kiss. Jax apologized for kissing her and said that he doesn’t want to make her life more complicated. Julian pretended to be on Brad’s side while trying to set him up for having opioids, even spiking his coffee. But his plan was thwarted when they got the call that Lucas had awoken from his coma. Lucas doesn’t remember much from the night of the accident. Julian warns Brad that they need to work on their story before he does remember. Willow talked with Lucas about her concerns for Brad. He decided to hire Willow to help Brad and him care for Wiley while he recuperates.
Michael offered Nelle another deal for her shares after she complained about the ground rules he set for her at the mansion. She turned the offer down and informed Martin that she was ready to entertain other offers for the shares...which includes Valentin. Valentin also has another way to get to the Quartermaines through Brook Lynn’s manager. Her manager turned down Ned’s offer to let Brook Lynn out of her contract, but he is also working with Martin. He tells Martin that Ned is willing to do almost anything to help his daughter. Emma came home for a visit. Taggart brought Jordan more info that pointed to Bob’s death not being an overdose. They started to think that it might have been due to a secret that the three of them had from their past. Curtis learned from Laura about Jordan’s meeting with Taggart. When he walked in on their conversation at the station, she lied to him saying that this was the first time they had seen each other in years. Valentin did his best to get back on Nina’s good side, but she wasn’t having it. Lulu talked with Laura about not wanting Dustin to be another “hero” type because she was scared. Ava put on her best show as she comforted Nikolas at the hospital, and later filled in Nina on her deal with Nik.
The Young and the Restless
Amanda and Billy’s friendship hit a snag after Victoria confronted her about their secret meetings. She started to put some distance between her and Billy after Victoria learned from Victor that they had supposedly been meeting at motels...which wasn’t true. Nate and Phyllis warned Billy not to pull Amanda into his spiral. But after Amanda found her ex Ripley in her hotel room she was glad to have Billy by her side. Theo told Summer that he knew what happened in San Francisco between her and Kyle. The strain in Kyle and Lola’s marriage finally took its toll as they came to realize that they didn’t belong together. Kyle admitted that he still loved Summer and Lola acknowledged that he didn’t really know her like Theo did. Summer would quickly be by Kyle’s side and they made love. While Lola asked Theo to be the friend she needs right now. Jack called Theo out for inserting himself into Kyle’s marriage and asked him to stay on the sidelines while they work through their issues.
Chance and Abby had another successful date. Jack was upset when Billy filled him in on his current life plans. Victor banned Billy from the ranch. Sharon asked Phyllis not to pity her and treat her differently just because she is sick. Phyllis agreed but told Nick that Sharon’s diagnosis has really put things in perspective for her. Tessa told Tanner that she thinks the distance is getting to Mariah. Tanner told Tessa that his management team wants to talk with her about possibly signing her. Devon had to shut down Power Communications leaving Mariah without a job. Mariah continued to talk with Lindsay about her troubles. The night before Sharon’s first chemotherapy treatment she had a dream about Cassie trying to make her realize that she couldn’t go through her battle alone. Her loved ones gathered around her as she prepares to fight.
Days of Our Lives
Brady wondered why Xander was so adamant about having Tate tested for a bone marrow match for Mickey. Kristen, Nicole, and Brady all went to get tested. Chad and Abby began to suspect that Stefano was pretending to be Steve after finding the portrait in the gatehouse. They went to Kristen, who denied everything. Chad tells Abby he has a plan to play Kristen and Stefano against each other. Sarah and Eric began to seek comfort in each other but realized that wasn’t what they wanted. Xander walked in on them at the most inopportune time, but Sarah assured him that nothing happened and told him that she loved him not Eric. Brady and Nicole decide to tell Eric and Kristen the truth about their fake relationship. Eric tells Nicole that she is his anchor and the two reunite. Kristen was upset about the news at first, but she and Brady ultimately decided to try again. Stefano and Gina work to comfort John and Marlena after telling them that the other had died. Things start to go awry when their true identities start to surface. Add in the fact that Marlena had switched places with Hattie and was on her way to rescue John and things aren’t looking good for the evil duo.
Roman and Rafe met with Tony and Anna in Prague and after hearing about Steve’s strange behavior they began to put the pieces together as well. Kate confirmed their thinking as she admitted to Rafe that Stefano was pretending to be Steve. Ben found out that he only has three weeks left before his execution. Ciara and Will had to tell him the truth about who Victor had really framed. Ben decided that he was going to go along with Clyde’s escape plan and Will did his best to cover for him until they were free. Justin told Sonny that Will hadn’t filed the divorce papers yet after hearing about his new relationship with Evan. Evan found a letter for Rafe from Child Welfare that noted issues with Evan’s background check. Eli and Gabi’s fun of planning their wedding with Julie was ruined when she revealed that she was going to have a new pacemaker put in. Gabi rushed to try and get another one ordered while JJ filled Lani in on the good news. Maggie talked with Brady about her fall off the wagon the night Mickey was born. Ciara talks with Justin and Kayla about who could’ve been the one who really killed Jordan. Ciara thinks that they should find David’s father because he might be the key to this mystery.
Our Performers of the Week are The Young and the Restless’ Sasha Calle and Michael Mealor!
Kyle and Lola broke our hearts as they came to the realization that their marriage was over. Kyle finally admitted to her and himself that he was still in love with Summer, and she acknowledged the fact that her husband didn’t really know her like Theo did. Sasha and Michael gave a heartbreaking and emotional performance that was true to the realness of the story.
And can we just say that Sasha is a beautiful crier?!
Our Honorable Mention is The Young and the Restless’ Sharon Case!
Sharon Case slayed it and us once again this week! As Sharon’s first chemotherapy appointment loomed over her, she did her best to put on her calm persona to not burden her loved ones. But as the severity of the situation overtook her she finally let out her emotions and fear that she would have to leave her family and have so many regrets in life. It was such a beautiful moment to see her let that wall down and her family gather around her.
