The Young and the Restless' Michael Mealor is celebrating his second anniversary as Kyler Abbott. On March 29, 2018, Mealor made his debut in the role which was last played by Lachlan Buchanan.
Kyle returned to Genoa City to visit Victor (Eric Braeden) in the hospital. He later shows up at the Walnut Grove Bicentennial where Jack (Peter Bergman) confronted him and demanded answers about his latest deed. Jack was soon arrested for Victor’s attempted murder and Kyle visited Jack in jail. Kyle called Jack out on his obsession with Victor and the way he treated Ashley (Eileen Davidson).
With all that was happening, Kyle told Ashley he was going to fill in as CEO while Jack was in jail. He later hooked up with Mariah (Camryn Grimes) as friends. He was later placed in a love triangle between Summer (Hunter King) and Lola (Sasha Calle). He is now dating Summer Newman.
Mealor who now marks his 2nd Y&R anniversary wrote, "Over 300 episodes, 2 years, 2 marriages, 2 divorces, a few tears, a lot of shirtless scenes and 1 wardrobe malfunction later...Here. We. Are...my 2 year @YandR_CBS
