The Young and the Restless
Victoria’s family was relieved to learn that her condition wasn’t serious. She was diagnosed with angina and released from the hospital. After her latest scare, Victoria finally decided to put herself first and made Billy listen to her as she explained that they would never be able to hit the reset button with them again. Theo stopped by to see Dina and had an enlightening conversation with Jack, which caused him to put his plan to take down Kyle on hold for the moment. Tessa and Mariah enjoyed their time together on tour before and upset Faith called needing her sister. Mariah then realized that her place was with her family. Kyle was surprised when Summer turned down his idea for them to get a place together. Abby came back to town with good news for Devon - Collin has been arrested. Amanda asked Nate out on a date.
Adam was shocked when Alyssa found evidence of Victor’s guilt in AJ’s murder. Adam, in pure Victor Newman Jr. fashion, brought the proof to Victor. Promising to get rid of it in exchange for his rightful spot at the top of the company. A problem that Victoria will have to deal with after deciding to come back to work. Summer confronted her parents about their relationship, begging them not to go down this route again. The conversation led to Phyllis and Nick having to figure out what the next step was for them - they’re going to try again. Kyle and Lola started their divorce proceedings. Rey warned Lola about getting involved with Theo. Sharon broke down after her latest scan. Her tumor did not shrink as much as they had hoped with the chemo. Her doctor is now exploring her next options, which might mean a mastectomy.
The Bold and the Beautiful
Quinn exposed her part in the video revealed to the family. Explaining that she wanted them to finally see the person that Brooke is. Ridge walked out on Brooke telling her not to try and find him. Katie had her turn at bat with Brooke and Bill. She stormed out to pack her bags but Bill stopped her. He offered to move out temporarily as he promised they would work their way through this. Sally’s “symptoms” are getting worse which is concerning Wyatt. Penny tries again to get Sally to stop her scheme to no avail. Flo tells Wyatt she wants to meet with Penny to gain a better understanding of how to help Sally. Ridge showed up on Shauna’s door as she was planning to leave town. She was hesitant to accept his offer of going to Vegas with her. He promised that he wasn’t using her as a rebound and they shared a kiss.
Days of Our Lives
Abe was able to track down the location of Dr. Raynor for Nicole. She lied to Eric about having business in New York as she went to get the truth about the babies. Eric was concerned when Brady told him that Nicole didn’t have any Basic Black business there. Brady wound up taking a bullet in the shoulder protecting Kristen from Chad. John’s fight with “Stefano” didn’t go well after he was knocked out by Marlena. Anna and Abby were able to force their way into Maison Blanche part Deux thanks to Anna’s uncomfortable heels. Xander and Sarah decided to get married as soon as possible. John and Abby were successful in bringing Marlena and Chad out of their DiMera controlled states. Justin expressed his fear of losing Kayla when she filled him in about Steve.
Steve was rushed to the hospital after Anna took his new eye out with her high heels while protecting Tony. Ciara and Ben discussed their future together. John and Kristen lied to Dr. Rolf about Stefano in order to get him to agree to remove the chip inside of Marlena. Gabi was devastated when her talk with Eli about forgiveness didn’t go over well. Abe asked Eli and Lani to rejoin the police force. Nicole got Dr. Raynor to confess the truth about the switch but was unsure if she could break Eric’s heart with the news. Chad reconciled with Kate after trying to kill her. Brady was confused after he spotted Mickey’s heart-shaped birthmark. Fans got an April Fool’s Day treat with an episode that saw the return of Sheila, Daniel, and Leo in crazy storylines.
General Hospital
Sam confided in Molly about taking her anger out on Alexis. Molly shared that she saw Jason and Sonny at Jordan’s apartment. Jordan met with Internal Affairs after calling a mystery person on a burner phone. Trina and Cam sought advice about their situation from Ava and Franco. Sonny struggled with the fact that Mike was getting worse and there was nothing that he could do to help him. Liz discovered Nelle passed out on the roof. Nelle called out Carly for locking her up there and forging her signature on the consent form for Wiley’s surgery. Bobbie apparently had “lost” the consent form so there was no evidence to be found against Carly. Wiley made it through surgery but he will need another one down the line to insert a device to stimulate tissue growth. Curtis learned from Portia that she knew more about the Renault bust than she probably should have.
Finn felt bad for missing Alexis’ call after finding out about her slip. Julian learned from Britt that she had seen Alexis and Neil in the city together. He went after Neil in front of everyone at the hospital claiming that he had taken advantage of Alexis. Lulu apologized to Brook Lynn after Olivia accused her of turning her back on her family. Brook Lynn refused to share with Ned how she got out of her contract not realizing that Valentin was now the owner of her ELQ shares. Jordan had to inform Portia and Trina about the claims against Taggart before the news hit the airwaves. Trina refused to believe the news and ran to Ava for comfort. Charlotte continued to be a messy child by causing Jax to trip and fall when she was forced to spend time with him and Nina. Brook Lynn asked Dustin to collaborate with her on new music.
Jordan had to break Molly’s heart by lying to her about TJ not wanting to see her. Robert told Laura that her plant to have Kevin commit Renault would not work. Jason wondered if he and Sam should just let the two years run out after their latest plan failed. Molly was introduced to Brando after messing up her car.
Our Performers of the Week are The Young and the Restless’ Sharon Case and Jordi Vilasuso!
These two had me reaching for the tissues this week! Sharon Case has been absolutely slaying this storyline. Sharon’s anger, fear, and frustration have been evident in every single scene which adds depth to an already emotional story. The scene at Crimson was so real and raw it was hard to watch! Her Emmy reel is locked and loaded already!
And Jordi Vilasuso is incredible!!! He has played Rey’s side of this situation like a quiet heartbreak. This disease isn’t only affecting Sharon...but her loved ones as well. However, Rey is not going to let her see that. He gives her all the strength and optimism he can muster. While the audience gets to see his fear of losing the woman he loves. Just a beautiful performance!

I just love Drake Hogestyn! The scenes with him trying to get through to Marlena while she had him at gunpoint were great. John will do whatever it takes to save Marlena. And Drake played that determination perfectly as he pleaded with her.
