Jason was surprised to learn that there was some bad blood between Brando, Sam, and Kristina. Molly told Alexis about cheating on TJ. Carly and Jax became concerned that Nina was falling into Nelle’s web of deceit - and they could be right as she is considering being a character witness for her during the custody trial.
Mac, Felicia, and Anna gathered around a grieving Robert. Peter confronted some goon that he hired telling him that he never asked them to kill Holly. The man claimed that they had nothing to do with her accident. Though, Anna was bothered by the WSB report on Holly’s death so we’ll find out sooner or later! Sam and Kristina wound up in a huge fight when Krissy called Sam out for being addicted to danger. Brook Lynn called out Sasha and Chase for hurting Michael and Willow...and ended up getting arrested again when she punched Sasha. Willow was confused as to why Finn asked her to cut Chase some slack.
Laura and Carly had a tense run-in with Renault. Sonny worked to figure out what Mike wanted for the rest of his life. Alexis got the bad news that she had been disbarred for lying to the medical board. Portia worried that Trina was anxious about being away from her for too long. Curtis stood up to Renault to protect them when he tried to talk to Trina. Mac began to question what the motive behind TJ’s kidnapping was.
Days of Our Lives
Gabi refused to believe that Jake was not Stefan even going as far to kiss him and refused to leave his apartment...and demanded to talk to Dr. Rolf. Lani helped Kristen escape from the police station after she admitted that she was the one who stabbed Victor - which upset Eli when he caught them on the security camera footage. Rex worked to convince Sarah to turn herself in even after she knocked him out and tied him up. Chad was concerned when Abby was still having hallucinations after the drug was out of her system. The family went into full panic mode when Abby disappeared from her hospital room. Lani and Kristen began to put the pieces together after finding Rex’s interrupted call on her phone. They sought out help from Theo to track down Rex in Paris.
Xander had the heartbreaking job of telling Maggie the truth about Sarah’s baby and the switch. Eric's struggle with losing his daughter was eased a bit by Holly asking if she could call him daddy. Orpheus questioned Zoey’s courtroom strategy when she announced that Christian would not be testifying. Some sketchy characters came looking for Jake and found Ben instead, knocking him out. Justin and Marlena were both shocked to learn that Steve had moved in with Hope. Kayla tried to work through her complicated feelings for Steve with the help of Marlena. Steve and Hope took the first step in getting over their guilt by destroying the remnants of Gina and Stefano.
Our Performer of the Week is Days of Our Lives’ Linsey Godfrey!
Linsey has done an incredible job with the fallout of the baby switch! Sarah’s desperation is somehow relatable and heading towards the insane. The scenes where Sarah talks through her pain with Rex were definitely the highlight of the week!
Our Honorable Mention is General Hospital’s Lexi Ainsworth!
Kristina had us screaming “yessss!” this week. Kristina found herself in a tense argument with Sam that wound up with her calling her sister out about being addicted to danger - everyone else be damned. Lexi did a fantastic job of portraying Krissy’s anger and had us nodding along with everything she was saying.
