Our Performer of the Week is General Hospital’s Jeff Kober!
Do we feel bad for Cyrus?!?! It’s hard to believe but we felt a bit of sadness for this bad guy when we saw how his mother blamed him for his father’s death. We got an inside look at the events which led to the villainous man we know today. His talk with Laura about having similar upbringings with different outcomes was poignant.
Love or hate Cyrus Renault, there is no denying what Jeff Kober has brought to General Hospital over the last year. His presence has brought entertaining stories to a number of characters as well as showing off his immense talent. Jeff Kober breathed much-needed life into this soap and we cannot thank him enough.
Our Honorable Mention is Days of Our Lives’ Alison Sweeney!
We’ve been waiting for the day that Sami learned of her daughter’s rape. While we are sad that the reveal was done virtually, that doesn’t take away from the stellar performance that Sweeney gave. It broke our hearts as Sami processed the news just wishing she could be there to hug Allie. We can’t wait to see her reunite with her on-screen family in the new year.
