Our Performer of the Week is Days of Our Lives’ Isabel Durant!
Isabel Durant has such a lovely presence on screen. This week, Claire decided to take matters into her own hands and worked to get Charlie to confess to raping Allie while secretly recording him. However, her plan blew up in her face as he found the recording and deleted it. Claire’s strength and determination were played with a wonderful intensity by Durant. Claire is distraught over her attachment to someone who could be so vile and her desire to make things right is inspiring but also makes us hurt for her. She is a victim in Charlie’s game as well. Isabel did a beautiful job at performing Claire’s emotions as she coaxed the truth from Charlie.
Our Honorable Mention goes to General Hospital’s William Lipton!
William Lipton is an incredible young star! He has an innate ability to portray deep emotion and constantly delivers beautiful performances. Cam was left with the determination to see his family through Franco’s illness. Stepping up as a pillar of strength, he shaved his head in solidarity with Franco, who began losing his hair in treatment. The fact that William committed to the actual haircut is wonderful! Kudos!
