Performers of the Week: The Young and the Restless’ Camryn Grimes & Cait Fairbanks!


Tessa to the rescue!! Fans of Mariah and Tessa are so used to getting crumbs when it comes to the couple. And think what you will about the surrogacy storyline… because we do! BUT it is absolutely lovely to see an actual story forming for Teriah.


While everyone else has seemed a little too nonchalant about Mariah being MIA, her girlfriend has been increasingly worried. For good reason too, as Mariah has been kidnapped and is being held captive. Let’s just hope that Tessa is able to get a lead on where Mariah is before something worse can happen! Cait, who is just so underrated as a performer, delivered a beautiful set of scenes as Tessa expressed her growing fears to Nina. While the incredible Camryn made us feel every bit of Mariah’s distress and uneasiness of her predicament with her performance.

General Hospital


Monica revealed the Board’s decision to make Terry and Britt co-Chief of Staffs. However, it was contingent on both of them accepting the offer. Elizabeth opened up to Jason about Peter. While Finn revealed the truth to Anna. They all made a shocking discovery when Peter’s body was missing from the freezer. Anna covered for Finn as she concocted a story about why they were in the lab when Jordan and Dante investigated the security breach. While Anna wasn’t sure of Peter’s whereabouts, Valentin was positive that he was still alive and working on his next move.  “Mike” and Nina shared an intimate moment when she returned to Nixon Falls. Portia gauged Trina’s feelings about her new relationship with Curtis. While she seemed accepting, Trina was concerned that the pairing had more of a history than they let on. Curtis worried that if the news of his previous affair with Portia were to get out it would hurt Trina. Word of Cam and Joss’ relationship came out before they intended it to when Spencer spilled the beans to Carly and Liz walked in on the pair kissing. Despite Stella’s insistence otherwise, Jordan finally signed the divorce papers. However, not willing to give up, Stella stole the papers before they could be filed.


Sam started her investigation into Hayden’s shooting and her first suspect was Nikolas thanks to some information from Jax. When she went to Elizabeth with questions about Hayden’s whereabouts, Liz remembered a suspicious conversation she had with Nikolas earlier. Though, when she confronted Nik about it, he lied… about lying?! Gladys was upset when Brando told her she had to move out to make room for the baby. Sasha did soften the blow by offering her a job at Deception. Curtis offered Shawn a job at the Savoy while he makes plans for the future. Carly discussed her fears of marrying Jason, her best friend, with Laura. To make amends to Trina, Spencer offered to throw a party for their friends.


Brook Lynn was worried that she was becoming too attached to Maxie’s baby. Olivia asked Dante about his feelings for Sam, who came face to face with his desire to move on. Seeing that his father and Ava were having a hard time staying away from one another, Spencer attempted to seek a “truce” with Ava. He pleaded with her to keep her distance from Nikolas, saving him from himself before something bad happened. Valentin noticed Brook Lynn’s wariness around Austin, who was starting to have memories of someone else out in the woods with Maxie the night her baby went missing. Michael and Willow continued to have a problem being away from each other. While at the same time, Chase, who was trying to heal in the hopes of being a “real husband” to Willow, was able to take a few steps on his own. The week ended with Willow getting a mystery guest at Wiley’s birthday party. 



The Bold and the Beautiful


While Paris was excited by her new living arrangement, Zende wondered if her living with the boss was a good idea. The pair, though, did make the decision to take things slow with their budding relationship. Quinn told Carter that she was ready to move on with him. After talking it through with Ridge, Steffy decided that she was ready to get married to Finn. Ridge then surprised her with the plan to make a dress just for her. Quinn told Eric that she didn’t plan on fighting the divorce as she tried once again to explain what led to her turning to Carter. Finn’s father, Jack, surprised him with a visit, leading Finn to reveal to Steffy that he was adopted. Though, that isn’t the only secret it seems. Jack has his own secret from his son and his fiancee. 


The Young and the Restless


Phyllis let Billy in on her idea that Tara and Sally were behind Summer leaving town. Sharon slipped up and called Rey by Adam’s name in front of Faith. She tried to recover from the situation by the time Rey came home, but her constant flashbacks to her conversation with Adam let us know that this probably won’t end well. Ashland was still adamant about not getting treatment despite Victoria’s pleas. Unwilling to give up, she went to Nate looking for potential treatment options for him. But it was her admission of being in love with him that made him decide to fight his cancer. Chloe’s first day working for Adam started off a little rocky when she accused him of using the job offer as a way to mess with her and Chelsea. She slowly started to see that Adam didn’t have any ulterior motives. Tara had to hide her displeasure when Kyle sought out advice on how to help Harrison’s relationship with Ashland. 


Nate celebrated his new promotion to Chief of Staff with Elena. After Kyle confronted Phyllis about her behavior towards Tara, she took the next step in her plan as she stole Sally’s phone to communicate with Tara. She then sent video footage of Tara and Sally arguing to Kyle and Jack. When Jack confronted Sally and Kyle overheard Tara on the phone with her, they both began to believe there was some truth to Phyllis’ allegations against them. Chelsea began to take responsibility for her part in her downfall, admitting to Chloe that she is ready to let go of her anger. Tessa continued to worry about Mariah, which was a good thing because she is being held captive. Amanda agreed to help Phyllis put the pieces of the Tara/Sally puzzle together. Phyllis was able to find out that Eric Forrester called on Summer’s behalf for the job in Italy, setting her sights on Los Angeles.
