Congrats to Lamon Archey(Eli,DAYS),William Christian(TR,DAYS)&Sal Stowers(Lani,DAYS) who are the performers of the week! Click here to learn more--->>
In this past week’s shows of Days Of Our Lives, TR Coates (William Christian) was desperate for Lani Price (Sal Stowers) to believe his lies of being a changed man, that he shot her husband, Eli Grant (Lamon Archey)! Eli has been suspicious of TR (rightfully so) ever since he appeared in Salem. After investigating him and talking to one of his exes, Beth; Eli finds out that TR is still using drugs and is still abusive. Eli confronts TR in an explosive confrontation that ends with TR shooting Eli in the head! Archey did a phenomenal job showing the lengths a man would go to protect his wife. Christian has done a tremendous job of keeping TR Coates mysterious up until this very moment and definitely raised the creep factor and villain persona to an all-time high! After TR shot Eli, he was more concerned with covering up his tracks and left Eli for dead. TR has this brief moment of freaking out when he goes back to his hotel room when he realizes he just shot (and he thought also killed) his son-in-law who is also a cop. Christian showed just how evil TR is when he didn’t show remorse over what he had done, but rather fear of being caught and that Lani wouldn’t forgive him, truly bone-chilling! Fans cried right alongside Lani when she found Eli shot and she did everything she could to keep him alive until paramedics arrived. Stowers’ tears and cries for help gave goosebumps. She had a beautiful scene with James Reynolds (Abe Carver) when Abe was comforting Lani at the hospital as they awaited news on Eli further showing family isn’t always about biological ties.
Bravo to all on this rollercoaster week and for continuing to slay every scene! Fans can’t wait to see what happens next!
