Nancy Lee Grahn, who plays Alexis Davis on General Hospital, used her appearance on the red carpet of the 49th Annual Daytime Emmys to make her feelings known about the Supreme Court ruling effectively overturning Roe v. Wade.
Ms. Grahn wore a stunning black pantsuit accompanied by silver earrings with the word "Choice" stamped on them and a handbag with "Bans Off Our Bodies" embellished on it. She also had "Reproductive Freedom" temporarily tattooed on her chest.
Nancy Lee Grahn is no stranger to using her platform to amplify important issues of the day and she did not miss this opportunity to amplify this one on daytime's biggest platform.
Grahn was nominated for Oustanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series but lost to co-star Kelly Thiebaud who plays Dr. Britt Westbourne on General Hospital. Nancy has been nominated for 12 Daytime Emmys and won twice.
