Ted King is celebrating a victory today. The actor who plays Jack Finnegan on The Bold and the Beautiful won his first-ever Daytime Emmy Award at the 49th Annual Creative Arts & Lifestyle Awards. The Daytime Creative Arts & Lifestyle Emmy ceremony was streamed live on Saturday, June 18.
King won the award for Outstanding Guest Performer in a drama series. Also nominated in this category was Naomi Matsuda (Li, B&B), Ptosha Storey (Naya, The Young and the Restless), Michael Lowry (Dr. Synder, Days of Our Lives) and Robert Gossett (Marshall, General Hospital).
This was the first time that King who served many years in the genre had been nominated. He previously played Luis and Lorenzo Alcazar on General Hospital and Tomas Delgado on One Life to Live. Congratulations!
