On last week’s The Bold and the Beautiful, Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) woke up from his coma shocked to see his biological mother, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) at his bedside. Sheila is the one who shot him and his wife, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and left them both for dead. Novlan’s masterful performance captured Finn’s shock and fear as he recalled that Sheila shot him when he jumped in front of Steffy in an effort to protect her from his mother. Novlan’s slow and stuttered speech pattern was spot on for someone who just awoke from a coma and showcased how his mind and thoughts are going fast and his voice and words are struggling to keep up as he’s trying to gather as much information as possible. His confusion when Sheila mentioned Steffy took the children on a trip tipped him off even more that something was terribly wrong. Finn was horrified to learn that everyone thinks he has died and that Sheila is preventing him from getting proper care at a hospital. Fans get to hear Finn’s inner voice as he talks about his determination to break free from Sheila and get to Steffy by any means necessary. Fans can’t wait for Finn and Steffy to reunite! Bravo Novlan!
The Bold & The Beautiful
Carter tries to make amends with Paris after leaving her at the alter, but Paris and Grace are not receptive. Zende offers his support to Paris despite how things ended between them and Paris is appreciative. Carter and Quinn later on go to his loft where their affair and romance all began and they rekindle that initial spark.
Mike is shocked to see that Finn is alive and Sheila is keeping it a secret by keeping him in room no one knows about. He tries to convince her that Finn needs proper medical attention in a hospital. Sheila refuses even after Finn flatlines. She is able to revive him and he starts to wake up. Mike flees the scene. Finn is startled and confused as he recalls the shooting and wants to know if Steffy is ok. He wants to see her and to go to a hospital, both requests that Sheila refuses to help with. Finn is determined to get out of there. Steffy can sense Finn and so badly wishes to be able to reunite with him.
Taylor and Ridge reminiscence about Steffy’s happier memories with Finn and they are concerned that Sheila is still out of prison, whereabouts unknown. Ridge visits Brooke to make sure she’s ok and he tells her he would like to come back home if she’s ok with that. She’s more than happy at the news and they kiss. Ridge breaks the news to Taylor about his decision to get back with Brooke and she is shocked and devastated. She warns Ridge that she feels that Brooke will only hurt him again. Eric throws a 4th of July party which is also to celebrate Brooke and Ridge’s reunion. Those in attendance are: Donna, Hope, Liam, Paris, and Zende. Eric and Donna officially announce their reunion. Brooke waits for Ridge to arrive to hear about how Taylor took the news. Taylor visits Deacon to see if he has any information regarding Sheila and where she is.
Jack stops by to visit Taylor and informs her and Thomas that Li got off all ties of communication with him. He is devastated over the loss of his son, Finn and wants to know where he has been laid to rest.
The Young & The Restless
Summer interrupts a fight between Phyllis and Diane. When Summer learns about Phyllis’ break up with Jack, she lays into her mother for her decisions which Diane happens to overhear. Jack also fills in Kyle about the breakup. Diane and Phyllis fight again, this time Jack witnesses the encounter. Phyllis warns Jack that he will regret his decision of letting her go.
Noah and Allie bond over a radio murder mystery and they almost kiss as they grow closer. Allie accepts an internship at Jabot.
Mariah and Tessa fill in Kyle about Tessa’s medical condition. They also catch Elena up to speed who tries to keep their spirits up and eases their fears when she describes how her uncle overcame a similar medical condition.
Lily suggests that Chancellor-Winters should open their own hotel. She discusses the hotel war rivalry between Abby and Phyllis with Abby who warns her how ruthless Phyllis can be. Lily is willing to take her chances.
Elena leaves for her trip to Hawaii. Imani tells Nate that she is struggling to get the legal paperwork done to clear Elena so she can start working for the company. Nate is willing to work with her to achieve the goal.
Victoria reunites with Nick and they reconnect. She calls a family meeting which makes Adam worry where he stands in the family’s company. Victoria fills in her family on her plan and how she tricked Ashland into giving her the money back; Victor is impressed. Victoria offers Nick a job at Newman which he strongly considers. After talking it out with Sharon, he accepts the job offer. Victor isn’t happy that Adam stormed off during the family meeting and he tells him that his plan is to have all three (Adam, Victoria, and Nick) run the business together. Ashland takes a trip to Chicago. He hires someone to shadow Victoria.
Chloe hesitates at Sally’s job offer as COO at Newman Media. Chelsea later on breaks up her business partnership with Chloe. Chelsea wonders if Billy will work with her on his podcast. Victoria wants Billy to use his podcast to destroy Ashland. Sally worries about the current state of Newman. Jack warns Sally to be cautious of Adam, especially if vengeance is on his mind.
Days Of Our Lives
Will thinks it’s possible that Sami’s kidnapper and Abigail’s murderer are the same person; Lucas tries to persuade him that it’s not true.
JJ is upset that Jack is still close to Gwen and they argue about it.
Tony and Anna return to town to support Chad.
Kayla writes a eulogy for Abigail’s service with assistance from Steve.
Rafe, Doug, and Julie are surprised to hear that Ciara and Ben plan on setting sail with baby Bo the day after Bo’s christening. Ben asks Marlena if she will be Bo’s godmother and she accepts.
Later on, Rafe spots Nancy wearing one of Abigail’s stolen pieces of jewelry. Nancy tries to cover for Clyde, but Clyde admits that he was the one who gave her the bracelet. Rafe arrests Clyde when Clyde can’t provide the name of the person (Leo) who gave it to him. Leo comes close to incriminating himself. Leo worries that Clyde will rat him out. Leo and Gwen try to get the other to confess that they killed Abigail. Leo learns that Gwen doesn’t have an alibi.
Jan gives Orpheus Shawn’s key to the police department. Evan demands that Jan let him see their son. Jan tries to make a break for it with the baby in hand. Shawn leaves a voicemail for Belle before tracking down Jan and confronting her. Jan knocks Shawn out and almost gets away until Belle appears and they fight. Belle pushes Jan into the water.
EJ tells Rafe and Chad that Clyde threatened EJ’s family if EJ told something he has on Clyde which he refuses to divulge. Chad is furious with his brother, thinking if he spoke up sooner that Abigail would still be alive. Rafe warns EJ he will question him further. Marlena warns EJ to stay away from Belle, believing Belle and Shawn will reunite. Shawn thinks with Jan out of the picture, he can work things out with Belle. Belle states she can’t raise Jan’s baby and she returns to the DiMera mansion. EJ tells her he was worried about her and was scared at the thought of losing her (if Jan had hurt her).
General Hospital
Drew tries to convince Nina to buy Crimson from Aurora in an effort to get money to help Carly get back her half of the Metro Court. Nina learns of his true intentions after hearing him talk about it with Olivia. Nina breaks the news to Sonny about Carly’s dilemma. Sonny offers to help Carly, but she refuses his help. Drew warns Carly she might regret turning down everyone’s offers to help.
Spencer insults Joss as part of his plan to distract her, Esme, and Trina at the pool while Cameron sneaks off to get a DNA sample from Carly. Joss tosses Spencer in the pool, then Esme pushes Joss in, and finally Trina pushes Esme in the pool. In the pool fight, Spencer was able to get a DNA sample from Joss.
Spinelli convinces Britt to give the dating app another chance. Cody continues to blackmail Spinelli. Spinelli introduces Cody to Sonny who is not thrilled that Spinelli used him to try to scare Cody. Olivia offers Cody a job at the ELQ stables and he accepts. Cody meets Willow and Michael. Ned is concerned that Cody will flake out and leave considering his past shows he’s a drifter. Cody tries to assure him and Olivia he plans on sticking around. Olivia supports Cody whereas Ned is still cautious. Britt learns that Cody listed her as his emergency contact and she returns an item he left behind at the hospital. Cody and Britt match on the dating app.
BLQ pitches an idea to Chase: he can try his hand at a singing career and she can be his manager. He was open to the idea until BLQ mentions how it can benefit her getting back at Linc.
Sasha struggles during the Deception segment for Home and Heart. After taking drugs and getting encouragement from Brando, Maxie, Lucy, and Gladys she is able to pull it off until the next segment with the next guests includes baby products. Sasha thinks she’s holding her baby Liam and that he is alive. When reality strikes, she breaks down. Ms. Wu lets into the host of the show for letting that happen on air. Brando takes Sasha to the hospital and checks her in to detox and to stay for 72 hours.
Victor wants Valentin to “take care of” Laura after he learns that Laura wants to have Victor deported, but Valentin backs out of the plan.
Kevin and Jake visit Liz at Shadybrooke. Liz is triggered when her parents are brought up. Liz checks herself out and wants to return to work. Britt and Terry won’t let her until she’s been cleared. Liz and Finn reunite, but Finn is visibly still concerned about her.
Finn and Gregory think Chase should consider BLQ’s business proposal whereas Ned tries to have BLQ see how she could have hurt Chase’s feelings. Chase and BLQ decide to give their music career a chance. Gregory and Alexis fight over the Invader and make a bet.
Anna and Victor size each other up. Victor warns Anna that she and Valentin won’t last if they can’t trust each other. Anna learns that Valentin checked himself out of the hospital after his attack sooner than she thought.
