General Hospital's Tajh Bellow Opens Up About His Painful Injury! Learn more here--->>
We love this!
Tajh Bellow (TJ Ashford, General Hospital) recently took to Instagram to let his fans know that, “I’M. BACK” and to share details about his inspirational rehabilitation journey.
About two and a half years ago, Bellow suffered a serious injury when he tore his quadricep off his knee. As a result of the injury, he couldn’t walk for six months and he couldn’t run for 26 months. During this time Bellow struggled with depression as he was forced to adapt to a life of “stillness, limited mobility, and EXCRUCIATINGLY PAINFUL physical therapy sessions for years.”
One can only imagine how difficult this time was for Bellow. But he was determined, found new ways to strengthen and rehabilitate his body, kept pushing forward, and persevered.
And now two and a half years later, he is able to deadlift “405lbs baby!” Wow! You love to see it!
Take a couple of minutes and read Bellow’s entire inspirational post below! And you must check out the video of that unbelievable deadlift!
Thank you, Tajh for sharing! What a great reminder to never give up!
