Today, we’re looking at 10 soap couples that we would want to see in the near future. We cannot help but acknowledge for most that are listed below, the chemistry that exists between them and would love to see them end up romantically involved.

Spencer and Trina, GH

First off, this couple has to be the end game for General Hospital. Despite Trina (Tabyana Ali) being with Rory (Michael Blake Kruse) and Spencer's (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) past relationship with Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl). One would only be a fool not to acknowledge the romantic tension and palpable chemistry that exist between these two characters. Though situations may have kept them apart, we are hoping the stars align soon and that Spencer and Trina become the next big soap couple for the ABC daytime drama.

Chad and Stephanie, DAYS

Well, well, well, what do we have here? Of course, we are Chabby fans but Marci Miller (Abigail DiMera) has moved on from Days of Our Lives and Chad (Billy Flynn) finally deserves some happiness after grieving the loss of his wife for the past months. Who better to move on with than one of Salem's latest returnees, Stephanie (Abigail Klein) with whom he shares some smoking hot chemistry?

Rafe and Sloan, DAYS

Yeah, we already know what you're going to say but hear us out first. Rafe's (Galen Gering) love life hasn't been the juiciest in years. Despite his marriage to Nicole (Arianne Zucker), Rafe needs someone who can bring a little fire and some spark to their relationship. That certainly cannot be Nicole who is really pining after the great love of her life, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan). And from what we've seen since her introduction, Sloan Peterson (Jessica Serfaty Michel) is the perfect candidate to bring the spark that Rafe needs in Salem with her spitfire attitude.

Chelsea and Chance, Y&R

Chelsea's (Melissa Claire Egan) love life definitely needs a stirring on The Young and the Restless. While there are plenty of options for the character of Chelsea for instance reuniting her with Billy (Jason Thompson) or Adam (Mark Grossman) or putting her in a love triangle with Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Sally (Courtney Hope), we are more invested in seeing her paired with Chance (Conner Floyd) and the drama it would bring for Abby (Melissa Ordway). 

TJ and Willow, GH

Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) deserves a good slap and don't ask us why. TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) has more chemistry with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) in their short amount of scenes than Michael has had with her since their first scene. The chemistry between TJ and Willow is off the charts and it would be a big mistake for the show not to take advantage of this. 

Dex and Kristina, GH

Of course, we struggled for a bit with this one. Why? Well, Dex (Evan Hofer) has chemistry with Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and at first, we were very invested in seeing them paired up but when Kristina (Lexi Ainsworth) and Dex shared the screen for the first time our eyes literally lit up. It's long overdue, Kristina needs a story and we are pushing for a pairing with her and Dex Heller!

Deacon and Taylor, B&B

We know, we know! It's always going to be Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), Taylor (Krista Allen) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang). But, like plenty of viewers we are tired of the same old pattern on the show, even Taylor herself said she was tired of it. With the few scenes that Deacon (Sean Kanan) and Taylor shared, we saw something great there that we thought would've been explored instantly but instead, we are back to Ridge having two women pine over him. Doesn't Deacon deserve true love too? So, why not explore that with Taylor?

Carter and Katie, B&B

Some will say that Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Katie (Heather Tom) are better off as friends but before Quinn (Rena Sofer) came into the picture most viewers couldn't help but acknowledge the spark between these two characters. In fact, many were pushing for a pairing with them. Now, that Quinn is off the canvas, we would love to see the show explore a Katie and Carter relationship.

Li and Bill, B&B

Li (Naomi Matsuda) and Bill (Don Diamont) are another of our favorites on this list. We know there are plenty of fans who would want to see things rekindled for Bill and Katie but we think that relationship has done its course. So, let's have Bill and Li. They've already been bonding, they have great chemistry and we would love to see a future for them.

Justin and Grace, B&B

They are yet to share to screen, so how do we know that Grace Buckingham (Cassandra Creech) and Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) would be a hit? Well, we are just using our wild imaginations and based on their acting chops we definitely see Grace and Justin being a big hit for the CBS daytime drama.
