Performer of the Week:

Congratulations to Brytni Sarpy (Elena Dawson, The Young and the Restless) who we selected as the performer of the week. Sarpy as Elena in her break-up scenes with Sean Dominic's Nate Hastings tore our hearts out, she was phenomenal, to say the least. Sarpy's Elena showed much strength and love as she made the difficult decision to part ways with Nate. Sarpy's portrayal was heartbreaking, we could legit feel every emotion that Elena was going through. It was a well-done scene and outstanding work by this onscreen duo. Bravo, Sarpy! 

Days of Our Lives

The drama in Salem continued to heat up. Chanel, Allie and Alex broke barriers by having the first onscreen threeway in daytime television. Paulina fought for her daughter and her campaign as something in Chanel's past comes back to haunt her. Kayla, Marlena and Kate still fight for their lives as their families worry. Luckily for Kate, she got an engagement and a wedding all in one day on her dying bed. Meanwhile, Chad and Stephanie continued to grow closer. Wendy Shin comes to Salem and connects with Johnny DiMera as they team up to find out what's going on with Li and Stefan. In a power play move, Gabi was ousted as the CEO of DiMera Enterprises as EJ took over after exposing Ava and Gabi's con. 

General Hospital

The hook killer struck again as Portia and later Ava connect the attacks to Trina. Brando's loved ones attended his funeral and said their goodbyes. Dex lied to Dante about what Sonny did to him. Esme returned and was caught by Nikolas. She revealed her pregnancy and he later locked her away in a secret room. Lucy, Anna and Valentin continued to work to discover Victor's sins as Robert gets on the case. Carly and Bobbie finally reconnected and had a much-needed chat. 

The Bold and the Beautiful

Ridge finally made a choice and stuck with it breaking Brooke's heart another time. Othello played spy in Aspen as kept an eye on all the happenings and reported to Bill. Meanwhile, Steffy and Thomas remained happy that their parents were back together. It was later revealed that Thomas was the one who made the call to CPS and not Brooke using the voice-changing app that Douglas has on the phone. Eric and Donna disagreed with Thomas about who should really be with Ridge and Katie and Bill had a very honest and much-needed conversation.  

The Young and the Restless

This was one of the biggest weeks's on the CBS daytime drama in a long time. Adam made a big move trying to win back Sally. Tucker and Ashley reconnected. Elena dumped Nate who later revealed to Lily, Billy, Devon and Audra his corporate espionage dealings. Audra and Tucker met up in his room where it was revealed that they are working together. Billy put his foot down where Chelsea was concerned and the trio; Nikki, Phyllis and Ashley continued to dig up dirt and plot against Diane Jenkins.

Honorary P.O.W!

Congratulations to Maurice Benard (Sonny Corinthos, General Hospital) who is the honorary performer of the week. Benard in a scene shared with Chad Duell's Michael Corinthos gave one heck of a performance. Sonny was desperate to repair the relationship with Michael and gain his forgiveness. His performance was certainly one to remember. You could literally see and feel the pain that Sonny was going through as he watched his son continue to push him away and resist forgiving him. Also, Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan Forrester, The Bold and the Beautiful) who is another honorary performer of the week. In her scenes with Thorsten Kaye's Ridge Forrester where he ended things and said goodbye we could literally feel Brooke's heartbreak.
