Marcus Coloma who is departing the role of Nikolas Cassadine on General Hospital spoke about his exit.
Coloma took to Instagram after news broke that he will no longer be on General Hospital. He shared his appreciation for the comments he received on a previous post and went on to talk about his ABC departure. In regard to his exit, he noted, "It's hard to even say it. I get so sad when I think about it." He said, "Look, I don't know what I can or can't say other than, what an incredible ride. There is such a family feel at General Hospital which I felt so blessed to be a part of. I say this a million times, the fans are the best fans in the entire world. I think that is just because you guys have been watching for such a long time. Thank you for including me. Thanks for the love. Happy holidays you guys. Maurice [Sonny Corinthos) said he's going to change his number on me but I know where he lives, I know where Kin Shriner [Scott Baldwin] lives, we're still going to film things. Much love."
Coloma is set to exit onscreen at the end of January 2023.
