Today on The Young and the Restless, Tucker crosses the line, Phyllis turns on the charm, and Kyle worries about his parents' decision-making.
At Crimson Lights, Tucker approaches Daniel. He tells him that he heard about his gaming idea and offers to be the one to help him with Omega Sphere. At Newman Media. Nate and Audra talk business. He tells that he has a meeting with Daniel Romalotti about a new gaming concept and asks her to sit in the meeting. Phyllis comes by and he introduces Audra to her. Phyllis is ready to get the meeting started but Nate wonders if they shouldn't wait for Daniel since it's his pitch.
At Society, Billy sees Lily on a phone call. She thanks him for assisting her in putting on her coat. In LA, Sally is on the phone. Her call reveals that Jill canceled their meeting. Sally reflects on her telling Nick that she's pregnant. Nick gives her a call and checks up on her. At the Abbott Mansion, in the living room, Diane reflects on her special time with Jack. He comes in and questions her about the smile on her face. They almost kiss and Kyle and Summer come down the stairs.
Summer wonders what Diane is still doing there. Jack tells them that Diane spent the night. Kyle wonders if it's to protect her but Jack notes that he and Diane are now in a romantic relationship. Nick questions Sally to make sure she is taking care of herself. Phyllis offers to set up a meeting with Daniel once her pitch with Nate goes well. Phyllis makes her pitch, and Nate likes it but Audra worries that Phyllis is trying to start a bidding war. Daniel encourages Tucker to dazzle him seeing that he already has all the information he needs from Phyllis.
Phyllis agrees to set up a meeting with Daniel as she leaves. Nate notes that he likes what he heard but worries Audra is a bit resistant. Daniel tells Tucker that if he wants to help, he should not pry into his personal business. Sally reveals to Nick that she may have to relocate back to LA if she gets through with the job. They agree to work it out once the decision is made. Sally has no desire of moving back to LA. She wants to stay in Genoa City with Nick. Billy gets an update from Lily about how things are going with Devon. Billy suggests they grab coffee and talk but Lily turns him down.
Diane asks Kyle how he feels about her being romantically involved with Jack again. He says he is not sure but all that matters is that they are happy. Jack tells him that's exactly what they are - happy. Summer and Kyle leave for their breakfast meeting. Audra knowing that Daniel's gaming project was being taken on by Chancellor Winters wonders with Nate why Phyllis came to them with a pitch. Tucker apologizes to Daniel for overstepping. Lily comes by and eavesdrops on the conversation between Daniel and Tucker. Lily walks in and tells Tucker that Daniel is under a contract with her.
At Society, Kyle and Summer talk about Diane and Jack reuniting romantically. Billy steps over and asks them about Jeremy Stark's arrest. Lily advises Daniel not to trust Tucker after what he did to her and Devon.
Lily and Daniel hash out why they haven't moved forward just yet. Lily begs him to give him one week to make it happen and if she doesn't she will let him out of his contract. Tucker tells Phyllis that he had a chat with Daniel. She tells him to leave her son alone. Audra and Nate run into Lily and Daniel at Crismon Lights. They mention the meeting they had with Phyllis leaving Daniel stunned. He decides to leave and tells Lily he will talk with her later. Summer questions Kyle if he turned down Victor.

As Sally ends her call with Nick, she reflects on sleeping with Adam. Jack and Diane enjoy some time in bed. Kyle gets a text from Victor and hides it from Summer. Daniel visits his mom and puts her in her place. Billy goes to Crimson Lights and he gives Nate a harsh verbal lashing.
