Performer of the week




This week General Hospital fans got the reveal they have been waiting for and Brooke Kerr is our Performer of the Week for her performance in it! The audience has known for years that Portia (Brook Kerr) was keeping the secret that Taggert (Real Andrews) may not be the biological father of her daughter Trina (Tabyana Ali) and that Curtis (Donnell Turner) could be. We have seen Kerr beautifully display Portia’s struggle with keeping the secret from the three people she loves most in the world over the few years and her desperation as others found out and urged her to come forward before it was too late. None of that compared though to the amazing performance, she gifted us with when Portia was confronted by her daughter Trina’s demand for answers and her tearful confession of what she had been hiding from her for 20 years! Our hearts broke for her as she tried to explain to the child she loved above everyone and everything else, why she had never found out, for sure, who her father was and her fear as Trina pulled away emotionally and physically. Her terror grew as Trina opened the door to leave and revealed to Portia’s brand new husband Curtis and her ex-husband Taggert on the other side, there to seek their own answers. The wedding day that Portia had thought would be her happiest very quickly turned into one of her worst and Brook Kerr put every emotion Portia was feeling on display in a breathtaking manner. Congratulations on being named our Performer of the Week, Brook! You certainly earned it!


Days of Our Lives

Salem remained as dramatic as ever. The afterlife drama continued as Marlena was granted a conversation with the devil himself. Steve, John and Roman went ahead with their plans to get back at Orpheus. Eric and Sloan had an awkward dinner date in the same place EJ and Nicole went for dinner. Stefan invited Gabi over for dinner but spoiled things when he called her Chloe. Kayla reached out to Steve from the great beyond. Allie made a big decision after her break up with Chanel. Leo revealed his big news to Sonny which upset him. Gwen and Xander got what they wanted from Jack and Jennifer. 


General Hospital


The wedding drama was turned up. At first, we thought Portia grew a conscience and would spill her tea at the altar after her chat with Jordan but she didn't. She went ahead and said her I dos to Curtis who later learned of her deep dark secret from Trina. Stella was visited by Jordan and then later visited by Spencer and Trina who gave Trina some shocking information. Sam and Dante went to England and got some shocking information from Maggie Fitzgerald. Ryan and Heather escaped from Spring Ridge with Esme. Ryan held Felicia and Ava at gunpoint. 


The Bold and the Beautiful


Douglas made his decision and chose his aunt Steffy. Hope was disappointed and so was Thomas for a while. But Thomas later saw it as an opportunity to get even closer to his son. After begging Eric for a second chance, Thomas visited his sister's home and made it clear that he will not allow her or Finn to stop him from seeing his son. Elsewhere, Brooke and Taylor banded together in the aftermath of Douglas' decision.



The Young and the Restless


Jeremy Stark returned to Genoa City and put the chills in Jack and Diane. He wanted to team up with Phyllis but she was reluctant. He also wanted to team up with Victor but Victor turned him down. Adam met with his father who had big plans for him and have him a shocking ultimatum. Ashley was back and visited Tucker who opened up to her about his debts. Heather and Lucy came back to town. Heather revealed to Daniel that she has moved on and encouraged him to do the same.
