Y&R Recap for February 14, 2023: Sally Confides In Sharon

In today's recap of The Young and the Restless for February 14, 2023, Victor and Nikki recall their epic love story, Daniel makes a shocking discovery, and Nick confides in Victoria.






Sally visits Crimson Lights and sees Sharon and Nick having a fun time looking at photos on the phone. Nick gets a text from Victoria inviting him for a drink over at Society. Sally steps into the coffee house and Sharon announces that she just missed Nick. She offers to run out and catch him for her but Sally tells her there's no need to.

Sally updates Sharon on her relationship with Nick. Sally notes how close Nick and Sharon have remained over the years and she admires it. Sharon questions Sally if there is something she wants to ask her and Sally replies, "What happened? Why didn't it last?" Sally apologizes for prying but Sharon says she has no problem talking about it. Sharon shares how she and Nick met and how their relationship progressed. Sharon gives Sally credit for trying to be a better person. Sharon tells Sally that she doesn't have to worry about her reuniting with Nick because she is on a journey of self-discovery. Sally tells Sharon that she is pregnant. Sharon realizes that Adam could also be the father. Sally is jittery and rushes to leave but Sharon advises her that she doesn't have to because she won't be judgemental and the secret is safe with her.  

Lily goes to Chancellor Park and runs into Daniel. She wishes him a happy Valentine's Day as they sit to talk. Daniel shares that Lily's pep talk did help in a way. He notes that while he wants to rekindle things with Heather, it is really hard to let go of the hurt. Lily advises Daniel to take a step back because he has been getting too lost in his emotions. Flashing back to the past, Daniel remembers his time with her. He then tells Lily, "You're the one who got me through some of my darkest times." Daniel and Lily both reflected on the many good times they had together. They note that they had a major impact on each other. Daniel has to get going. He thanks Lily for being there for him as they leave the park together. Daniel returns to his suite and is shocked to see Heather sitting inside when he opens the door. 

Nikki returns home and updates Victor about her meeting. Victor seems lost in thought so Nikki questions him about it. Victor opens to Nikki noting that he wants all his children to get along. Nikki reminds him that Victoria is very protective of the company and it would be up to Adam to reach out and make things better between himself and his sister, but Nikki doesn't see that happening anytime soon. Nikki brings Victor the first Valentine's day card that he ever gave her. He remembers the card and the day he gave it to her. There's a flashback of some of their great scenes as a couple. Victor gives Nikki a new card reminding her of how much he loves her. He then gives her a very expensive necklace. 

Nick meets with his sister at Society. Victoria reveals her father's plan for Adam to Nick. He highlights to Victoria that it's good that their father has no plans to give Adam her job. He is happy that it will give Adam something to focus on other than them and Victoria says, "And Sally, right?" Nick refuses to talk about Sally and threatens to leave but Victoria promises not to go there as she wishes her brother a Happy Valentine's Day. Nick blurts out, "Sally is pregnant!" 

Nick reveals that there is a possibility that Adam could be the father. He says that he is not okay but is happy that Sally was totally honest with him. Victoria then asks Nick if the baby's paternity is a deal maker or a deal breaker. Nick notes that his feelings for Sally haven't changed and luckily he has the support of his older sister. Victoria promises Nick that she won't say anything to Nikki or Victor about Sally's pregnancy.
