Y&R Recap for February 22, 2023: Sally Faces Her Harsh Reality

In today's The Young and the Restless recap for February 22, 2023, Ashley turns the tables on Tucker, Victoria gives Audra the third degree, and the moment of truth arrives for Sally and Nick.

At Newman Media, Nate informs Audra that Tucker wants to sell his business to Victoria. She is astonished that her plan was successful. When Victoria enters, she observes that someone else bought up all of Tucker's debt before they could. She queries Audra about the perpetrators. Audra claims that Victoria is mistaken in thinking that she is playing them. Victoria gives her a new task to discover who purchased Tucker's debt and why. As Audra tries to reach Tucker by phone to collect some information from him, she gets his voicemail. Audra detects some vibes between Nate and Victoria when she tells him they need to discuss something. Audra then tells Nate they need to talk about what is going on between him and Victoria.  Nate promptly shuts Audra down by pointing out that he is already in a loving and devoted relationship and dismisses her claim that she can sense some vibes between him and Victoria.

At Society, Tucker walks down Ashley to get some information. Ashley informs him that since she purchased his debt, she is now in charge. Tucker is curious as to why she is acting this way. Ashley implores Tucker to back out of his agreement with Newman.

At Chelsea's place, she thanks Adam for coming by. She notes that Connor is having a homework crisis. Connor comes out and shares with his father that he is working on a Newman Family tree and asks for his help. Adam helps Connor come up with words to describe all the Newmans. When it comes to Nick, Adam says he is a good father. In the absence of Connor, Adam opens up to Chelsea about his talk with Victor and the ultimatum that he gave him. Adam gets a call from Sally who asks him to come by to see her. Billy comes by to visit with a little surprise for Connor. Chelsea brings up the subject of Daniel and Omega Sphere. After some advice from her son, Chelsea agrees to talk to Daniel and see how she can be a part of his project.

Sally thanks Nick for being there with her while she opens the results. She says no more stalling and opens it up. Sally wonders if the test was wrong that's when Nick says that Adam is the father and they both knew it was a possibility. Sally notes that she wanted Nick to be the father. Nick in turn notes that now that she has all the facts, she has a decision to make. Nick offers to be there when she tells Adam but Sally tells him that it is not necessary. 

Adam arrives. He thought Nick would be there. He wants to know what is going on. Without hesitation, Sally tells him that she is pregnant with his child. Sally notes that the pregnancy changes nothing. She will still maintain her relationship with Nick and she will not hinder Adam from being a part of his child's life.





Nick goes to Newman. He tells Victoria about the paternity test results. He is sure that he and Sally will get through everything. The subject change when Nick is desirous to know who could possibly pull off buying up Tucker's debt before they could. Sally calls Nick to tell him that it's done. He leaves Newman. Victoria calls Tucker and tells him that she is ready to negotiate. 

At Crimson Lights, Billy and Chelsea run into Adam who doesn't look too happy.
