B&B Recap for March 13, 2023: Liam Is Stunned By Hope's News

In today's recap of The Bold and the Beautiful for March 13, 2023, Liam is in for a shock. Hope blindsides Liam with shocking news about Thomas.





Hope expresses her delight that Douglas wants to return home with her. Thomas is questioned about his opinion. He claims that since they are now in a better place, he can't wait to see what the future holds for everyone. When Steffy enters, she asks what is happening. Hope tells her that she gave her consent to allow Thomas to return to the line. Steffy approves of Hope's decision. Thomas tells Steffy that he had a talk with Brooke and while she will never really get over the CPS call, she is willing to work with Hope's decision. Hope reveals that Douglas wants to return home and Steffy is happy to hear about it. She asks Hope how Liam feels about Thomas' return and Hope tells her that she hasn't spoken with him about it yet. 

Hope notes that she did talk with Liam but didn't tell him that she will allow Thomas back on the line. She shared that she promised Liam to tell Thomas no. Thomas wonders what changed her mind as Hope reveals that she loves her line. Hope decides to go home and tell her husband what she did before he hears it from someone else. Thomas reminds Hope that if she has to let him go from her line to save her marriage, he is truly okay with it. 

In the absence of Hope, Thomas tells Steffy that he is really happy. He wonders how Ridge will feel about his return to the company. Meanwhile, Steffy worries about what will happen to Hope and Liam when she tells him the news. 

Liam unaware of Hope's decision is happy that Thomas won't return to the line. He believes that Thomas should never be anywhere near Hope again. Wyatt notes that it will be a big relief when Liam knows for sure that he got through to her. Liam wishes there is something else he could do to help his wife. He doesn't want Hpe to be manipulated that's why he took a stand. He doesn't want to be the laying-down-the-law type of husband but really doesn't want her around Thomas. 

Wyatt readies to go home noting that Hope might soon be home. Wyatt asks Liam if he told Bill about the problems in his life and he says no. Wyatt jokes that maybe Bill and Thomas can be friends. Wyatt tells his brother let him worry about Bill as he worries about his own life with Hope. 





Hope returns home while Liam is occupied with work, She stands outside and reflects on her earlier talk with Liam. Hope walks in and Liam tells her that she just missed Wyatt. Hope shares the good news that Douglas wants to come back home. Liam wonders how Thomas took the news that he wasn't coming back to the line but Hope told her husband that she changed her mind and allowed Thomas to return leaving Liam stunned.
