B&B Recap for March 28, 2023: Sheila Takes A Nasty Fall

In today's recap of The Bold and the Beautiful for March 28, 2023: Sheila and Bill’s relationship takes a twisted turn and Brooke gives Katie advice about Carter.

Bill is thrilled that Shelia finally confessed her crimes to him. She can't believe he could know all her secrets and still want to be with her. Bill promises that she will have the future she deserves. Shelia tells him that she knows that he loves her and asks if he's worried about his family's reaction. He tells her that he thinks his family will understand everything and they will celebrate it real soon. He tells her that he'll be right back and Shelia stares happily at her ring as he leaves. 

Ridge and the FBI agent celebrate Shelia confessing but Ridge wonders why the FBI team hasn't arrived yet and worries that things will go wrong. The agent tells him that it's not over until Shelia's in custody. Bill calls the control room and wants to know if they got everything. The agent tells him that they did but he has to keep Shelia at the estate until the team gets there to arrest her. Bill talks excitedly about getting her as Shelia walks up behind him and asks "You got me? Who are you talking to Bill?" 

She angrily demands to know who he was talking to and then sadly asks if he was talking about their marriage and their future. Bill laughs at her and makes it clear they have no future. He tells her that she confessed her secrets to him and it was all an act on his part. Shelia doesn't understand how he could act like this when they had such a deep connection after that night on the beach but finally understands that it was a setup from the start when Bill mocks her about it. He tells her that all of her victims are going to get justice and she is going to prison for the rest of her life. Bill tells her the entire plan and how much having to pretend to love her disgusted him. She tells him that there's no evidence and is horrified when Bill reveals that the house is full of cameras and that he and Ridge have been working with the FBI. Shelia charges at him in a rage, a scuffle ensues and Shelia goes over the balcony! Bill looks over and sees her body lying on the ground, not moving.  

Katie and Brooke discuss Katie's frustrations with Bill and his relationship with Shelia. Katie wishes she could talk sense into him but Brooke reminds her how stubborn he is. Carter comes in and asks if everything's ok. They fill him in on what they were talking about and Carter agrees with them that there's something weird going on with him. 

They try to figure out what's happening and all agree that Shelia is still a danger to everyone. After Carter leaves Brooke and Katie talk about Katie and Carter's relationship before circling back to Bill. Katie says she has to believe that the real Bill is still inside him. 

Tomorrow, Bill and Ridge up the ante in their quest to imprison Sheila and more. Watch B&B weekdays on CBS!
