B&B Recap for March 29, 2023: Sheila Wants Deacon to Run Away With Her

In today's recap of The Bold and the Beautiful for March 29, 2023, Sheila’s newest crazy scheme blindsides Deacon. Bill and Ridge up the ante in their quest to imprison Sheila.

Bill tells Sheila she is going to prison for the rest of her life after confessing to first-degree murder. She screams "No!" and fights Bill as she goes over the balcony while Ridge and the FBI continue to watch. Bill checks again and realizes that Sheila is not there where she fell. 

Sheila is then seen driving and crying. She reflects on Bill telling her that he loves her, him proposing to her and him getting a confession out of her. She says, "How could I have been so stupid?" As Sheila reflects on everything that transpired, she declares that she will never see the inside of a prison cell again. 

Bill calls Ridge and updates him and then leaves to go chase after Sheila. Bill remembers getting a confession from Sheila. 

Deacon at Il Giardino reflects on Sheila's visit where she showed him the ring and told him that Bill wants to marry her. Hope visits. She senses there's something going on with her dad and asks if he is going to tell her what it is. Hope offers to be of help if something is wrong. Deacon encourages her not to worry about him. He says that she must be thrilled that Douglas moved back home and she agrees. Deacon wonders if it was something specific that led to Douglas' return home and Hope shares that it was because of her working with Thomas again. Hope defends Thomas when Deacon wonders if Thomas can be truly trusted now. Deacon advises her to be careful of Thomas. 

Hope says she still can't believe that Bill and Sheila are together. Deacon leaves a cryptic statement when he tells Hope that he doesn't think they will have to worry about Sheila much longer. Deacon gets a text from Sheila saying, "Meet me at your apt right away. URGENT!" Deacon says goodbye to Hope and heads to his place.

Sheila rushes in and tells Deacon about Bill. She shares that she confessed to murder and Bill had cameras all over the place. He was working with Ridge and the feds. Deacon is stunned but is even more stunned when Sheila tells him that she loves him and begs him to run away with her.
