On today’s General Hospital for March 1, 2023: Dante develops a theory, Sonny makes Dex squirm, Obrecht expresses her outrage, TJ delivers important news, and Carly and Josslyn rally around Michael.

Sonny comes into his restaurant and tells Dex he has the night off but Dex wants to stay to ask him a question. Michael is taking care of Willow when Carly and Josslyn come over at Willow's invitation. Scott tries to defuse the situation and Liz tries to explain but Liesel slaps her. Dante opens the locked door in the tack house.

Dex tells Sonny he saw some of his recipes and made one of them. He asks Sonny to try it. Willow asks Carly and Josslyn to help plan the wedding. Finn jumps to Liz's defense as Liesel blames her for Britt's death. Nina leads Liesel away. Dante is surprised by what he finds in the tack room closet. He says they have a lead on Nik. 

Dante finds Nik's watch. Ava says he gave it to him. They notice something interesting. Scott apologizes to Liz. He says he loves them both and doesn't want a rift. Liesel rages about Liz to Nina. Nina tries to reason with her. Liesel accuses Scott of taking sides against her. Willow asks Josslyn to be one of her bridesmaids and asks Carly to be her Matron of Honor. She tells Carly she is like a mother to her. Willow gets up and nearly collapses but Michael catches her. Sonny tries to Dex's food and says it's good but missing something. Sonny asks him to join him. 

Dante questions Ava about when she last saw Nik. He says the watch stopped that night shortly after the last time she saw him. Liesel confronts Scott about defending Liz. TJ interrupts and tells her that he has her test results. Finn tries to reassure Liz that she is not to blame for Britt's death. He is scared for her safety but respects her boundaries and offers to give her space. Liz tells him she doesn't need space from him. Willow says she is fine and doesn't want to put off planning the wedding. Michael wants her to rest and Carly promises to stay until she wakes up. Carly tells Joss that there is still hope and they will get through it.  Sonny and Dex discuss how Sonny learned to cook and his childhood. TJ tells Liesel she is a match. Nina is overjoyed. 

Dex and Sonny talk more about cooking and why Dex likes to cook. Michael talks to Joss and Carly about how he's feeling about everything going on with Willow. He and Joss talk about Oscar and the hospice nurse arrives. Nina discusses the next steps with TJ and he tells them they have to do more tests to make sure she can be a donor to Willow. Finn tells Liz he will stand by her. She worries he will get caught in the crossfire. Dante questions Ava more and she tells him she thinks Nik was leaving town. Dante thinks she is keeping something from him. 

Dante tells Ava it's ok if she needs some help with everything she has been through. Finn tells Liz it won't be as bad as she thinks and he will be there for her. Nina thanks TJ and Liesel.  Scott tries to talk to Liesel but she tells him Britt's blood is on his hands as well. Carly and Joss comfort Michael. He says there is something he can do for Willow but before he can tell them, his phone rings and it's Nina. Dex asks Sonny if he can take pictures of the recipes and Sonny agrees. One of Sonny's guys shows up and Sonny tells him he got an update on Pikeman. 

Nina calls Michael again and tells him he will want to hear what she has to say. Finn tells Liz she has been through a lot and he will always be there for her. He understands she needs to deal with it on her own. Scott tells Liesel there was no way to save Britt. Liesel yells at him to leave her alone. Willow comes down and Michael tells her that she has a match. Dex wants to know about the update on Pikeman but Sonny sends him home. Ava and Austin panic about Nik's body going missing. They wonder where he is. Mason is shown on the phone giving someone an update with Nikolas in the background on life support.
