General Hospital Recap for March 21, 2023: Secret Alliances Are Revealed

In today's recap of General Hospital for March 21, 2023, Chase takes Willow's advice; Maxie agrees to help a friend; Drew offers his expertise; Dante voices his concern; and Michael makes a shocking discovery.

Dex is called by Michael to open the door. Michael walks in and sees Josslyn, who remarks that everything now makes sense, he is Dex's mystery boss. Although Michael wants her to leave, she makes him know that she is already aware of everything. Dex doesn't want to leave Josslyn behind, even though Michael wants him to leave town. Although Michael is equipped to manage the consequences, he does not want his sister to be involved. Michael learns that Dex was the one who saved Josslyn's life when the hook attacker tried to take her out. Michael is grateful that he saved his sister's life. Michael tells them that it is dangerous and begs them to make sure that Sonny never finds out that they are in a relationship. Josslyn doesn't want to leave but she understands that it's risky for them to be seen together. They kiss as Josslyn leaves.

Dante's father questions him when he visits and wants to know why he is there. Sonny lets his son know that Nina is upset. Nina most likely is unable to take everything that occurs in his world, Sonny observes. Sonny hopes that Nina will return to him once everything is over. Dante is convinced that she will come back to his father. Dante promises to be there for his father no matter what as they hug it out.

Willow interrogates Brook Lynn over her feelings towards Chase. Brook Lynn acknowledges her continued love for him. Brook Lynn answers the doorbell when it rings and it's Chase. Inquiring about Willow, Chase enters the room to visit her as Brook Lynn departs to give them some space. Willow informs Chase that the wedding date has been changed due to the transplant update. Willow probes him about his life as a rock star. He informs her that he intends to return to the life of a police officer. Willow promises that she is not meddling but she encourages Chase to give Brook Lynn another chance. Michael returns and Chase congratulates him on the upcoming wedding and leaves. 

Brook Lynn is working on a new song as Chase approaches. He tells her that he misses a lot of things and he misses them being together. 

Valentin tells Drew and Carly about the team working against Victor. Drew offers to be of help. Valentin informs them about the necklace. Carly is stunned to learn that Eileen Ashby has been in cahoots with Victor. Valentin then lays out his plan to finally take down his father and asks Drew to join them. Drew agrees. Carly is okay with it but tells Drew that she lost Jason and she doesn't want to lose him too. She begs him to stay safe as he promises her that he can handle himself. 

Anna is prepared to go back to the safe house with Lucy. Due to the Nurses' Ball, Lucy is hesitant to leave. Although Anna is sympathetic, she makes Lucy aware of the impending danger and the need for them to cooperate to stop Victor. Maxie is urged by Anna to follow Lucy's instructions and carry out her instructions exactly for the Nurses' Ball to be a big success.

Anna and Lucy return to the safe house. They argue as Valentin returns. They all agree on the way forward. Lucy steps away and sends a ton of text to Maxie with suggestions for the Nurses' Ball. Anna and Valentin apologize to each other for their earlier argument. Valentin tells Anna about his run-in with Drew and Carly. They look at each other and agree it's time to bury Victor.
