On today’s General Hospital for March 3, 2023: Alexis is perplexed, Maxie fishes for info, Sasha wants to clear the air, Molly is uneasy, and Spencer is stymied.







Krissy tells Dante that he and Sam have been holding out on her and holds up the pregnancy test box. Diane tries to talk Alexis out of interfering with Gregory’s decision. Chase asks Gregory if he is sick. Brook Lynn tells Sasha the tension between them isn’t about Chase. Sasha wants to know what it is about. Laura helps Spencer figure out the baby’s car seat and tells him he is too young to be a parent. “Ghost” Anna threatens Eileen that she’s next.








“Ghost” Anna tells Eileen to confess or join her. Spencer tells Laura that Diane filed the petition with the court and he is prepared to take the baby and plans on changing his name. She asks him if he wants to sever all of the baby’s ties with his mother. Brook Lynn wants to drop it but Maxie thinks she should talk it out with Sasha. Sasha wants to talk to Brook Lynn privately. Chase wants to know why Gregory won’t tell him why he is at GH. Alexis calls the PCU Dean about Gregory. Dante is surprised but Molly says the test is hers and not Sam’s. Alexis tells Diane that Gregory isn’t working at PCU anymore.








Alexis tells Diane that Gregory has not taught all semester. She thinks there is something else going on. Diane tells her to be careful. Gregory tells Chase he has been getting migraines and needs a refill of his medication. He changes the subject, and they talk about his Brook Lynn. Sasha wants to work things out with Brook Lynn so they can save their friendship and work relationship. Brook Lynn tells her she is quitting. Spencer wants to protect the baby from Esme but Laura tells him Esme genuinely cares about the baby. She thinks he should try to work with Esme for the baby. Spencer tells her that he doesn’t want Esme anywhere near the baby. Victor shows up to meet him. Eileen promises to tell “Ghost” Anna everything. Molly says she didn’t want anyone to know. Kristina wants to know why Molly is hiding it from TJ. She says she’s not sure how he will react. Brook Lynn tells Sasha she doesn’t have time to take on new artists and work at Deception. Sasha tells her she understands as long as it doesn’t have anything to do with her and Chase. Chase says there is no future for him and Brook Lynn. Gregory thinks Chase still has feelings for her and should try to work them out. He gets a call from Alexis and says he has to go. Spencer tells Victor he is taking the baby home as soon as he is discharged. Victor asks if he has heard from Nik. Laura tells Victor his help won’t be needed. Victor tells Spencer he found them a new home. Laura says they will be with her. Victor wants to know why Laura wants to keep her from his family. She says he did it himself. Eileen confesses to setting up Anna for shooting Lucy. Anna reveals that she is really alive. Felicia reveals herself as an in-disguise-dead-Anna.







Gregory shows up at Alexis’s office and asks what was so urgent. Maxie sees Chase at GH and asks if he hurt himself trying to impress the new woman in his life. Brook Lynn tells Sasha that she wants her and Chase to be happy even if it’s together. Sasha tells her they are just friends and that she’s not ready to move on from Brando. Eileen is furious that they tricked her. Felicia plays the recording of her confession. Eileen promises to clear Anna’s name, but Anna wants more than that. Laura laughs when Victors says that everything he does is for his family. She accuses him of helping Nik leave town and says the only person he cares about is himself. She tells him that his day is coming. He wants to know what she’s talking about.








Molly says they have never talked seriously about having kids and she isn’t sure they are ready. Sam assures her that everything will be ok. Molly swears them to secrecy. Alexis tells Gregory that she needs his help. She asks him to read her latest editorial and tell her what he thinks. Chase tells Maxie he wasn’t dating anyone and asks why she thought he was. She tells him that Brook Lynn thinks there was something going on with him and Sasha. He asks if she is there to find Austin. She says he is. Sasha tells Brook Lynn that even if she had feelings for Chase it wouldn’t matter because of his feelings for her. Sam asks Dante to not say anything to Molly and asks him how he felt when he thought the pregnancy test was hers. Laura tells Victor that eventually, his past will catch up with him. Spencer brings the baby over and introduces him to Victor and lets him hold him. Victor welcomes him to the family and tells him that he gives him hope and is the future of the Cassadines. Laura looks concerned. Anna tells Eileen to help them bring Victor down or they will release the recording.







Dante tells Sam that if she had been pregnant he would have been excited but since she isn’t he looks at their life and thinks it’s perfect how it is. They decide to not have any more kids. Molly tells Kristina she really wants to have a baby with TJ. She calls TJ and tells him that she has something to tell him. Chase overhears Brook Lynn telling Sasha that she's in a good place and happy that she isn’t in a relationship right now with everything she has going on. Alexis asks Gregory why he is lying to her. Eileen agrees to work with them against Victor. Diane shows up and tells Spencer that he can’t take the baby.
