On today’s General Hospital recap for March 7, 2023: Ava is rudely interrupted, Drew has news for Carly, Alexis is concerned for Curtis, Dex updates Michael, and Sonny asks a favor of Olivia.

Carly is cooking and Drew comes in and kisses her. They are happy to have the house to themselves. Portia looks at a picture of her and Trina when Marshall comes to talk to her. He tells her he is getting his test results but he wants to talk to her about Curtis. Alexis sees Curtis at GH. She apologizes for being late with his wedding gift and he tells her to save her money. Willow asks Michael to give her and Nina a moment alone. Austin interrupts Ava and Sonny. Ava tells Sonny Nik isn't a threat to Avery and leaves with Austin. Olivia asks Sonny what he was talking to Ava about. Molly meets TJ at Charlie's and he asks if they are having a baby. 

Carly tells Drew they have to wait until the brownies are done. She says they are for Willow and they have to celebrate Liesel being her donor. Drew says he wants to celebrate them being a couple out in the open. Molly tells TJ she's not pregnant and asks how he feels. He says they weren't planning it and aren't ready. She asks if he's relieved. Curtis tells Alexis it's a long story but he will be attending more meetings than usual. She suggests the Serenity prayer and asks him to come with her. Marshall tells Portia she doesn't have to justify her actions to him. Austin asks Ava why she was going to tell Sonny about Nik. Olivia tells Sonny he has enough going on in his life without adding in Ava. Micheal gets a text from Dex and leaves Willow and Nina alone to talk. Willow updates her about Liesel's tests. Nina tries to talk to her about the kids but Willow says they are off-limits. Dex waits for Michael on the roof.

Portia tells Marshall her actions can't be justified anymore but things were different when she found out she was pregnant. He tells her it's a natural instinct to want to protect your loved ones but that instinct shouldn't always be trusted. TJ says he isn't relieved and thinks they need to have a talk. Alexis comes in and Molly says they can't talk right now. Curtis asks to talk to TJ privately. Dex takes the sim card out of his phone and smashes it. He tells Micahel he thinks Sonny might be on to him. Ava says Sonny can help them but Austin thinks it could get them killed. Sonny tells Olivia he needs to keep him posted about how Willow is. Carly is surprised Drew wants to go public because of the insider trading situation. He thinks enough time has passed since the failed merger and the longer they keep it secret the more trouble they can get in. She tells him no one is on to them. Nina promises to not ask about the kids. Willow updates her about the concerns Terry has with Liesel donating. Nina asks her how she is doing. 

Drew tells Carly it's the perfect time to get Valentin out of ELQ. She asks if that will make Ned report them to the SEC. Drew says not if he bows out. Molly tells Alexis they thought she might be pregnant but that she isn't. Alexis tells her how hard it is to be a parent. Curtis asks TJ how he and Molly are doing. TJ says they are talking about having a baby and asks for advice. Portia tells Marshall she was avoiding him because she didn't want to have this conversation but now she is glad they did. He tells her that he could never hate her and thanks her for what she did for him. Willow tells Nina about her physical health and that she hates how brittle her nails are. Nina gives her a nail product that can help. Dex tells Michael about Sonny shutting him out of the meeting about Pikeman. Olivia tells Sonny there is nothing he can do to help Willow and Michael right now and he needs to do something about fixing the distance between them. Mason eavesdrops on Austin and Ava discussing Sonny and interrupts them. 

Drew thinks if they let Ned stay in control of ELQ he will have no reason to turn them in. He tells her that being with her has made him realize that the people they love are way more important than business. She is touched but says she can't let him do it. Alexis tells Molly that she and TJ will be great parents and that if they want to have a baby they will make it work. Alexis asks if TJ wants to have one? Curtis asks TJ if they can talk about anything else but then changes his mind. TJ tells him that he wants to have a baby but doesn't know if he should tell Molly that because he isn't sure she does. Portia and Marshall discuss his potential test results. Willow tells Nina that Michael is taking excellent care of her. Nina thanks her for filling her in. Willow admits that she didn't want to but Liesel asked her to. Dex tells Michael about cooking for Sonny and them talking and having dinner together. Michael tells him that if Sonny is talking to him about his past then he has nothing to worry about. Mason scares Ava when he talks about the stables at Wyndemere. Sonny asks Olivia to be nicer to Nina. She tells him her first loyalty is to Carly but she will be nicer. She says Carly's been happy and Sonny says he's noticed. Olivia asks what, exactly, he's noticed. 

Portia promises to be there for Marshall. She asks if Curtis is going to his appointment with him. He says no and she tells him he would want to be there. She suggests Marshall call him. Molly tells Alexis she isn't sure what TJ thinks and Alexis tells her to talk to him. Marshall calls Curtis and asks him to come to his appointment with him. Michael tells Dex Sonny wants to be a mentor and to just keep doing what he's doing and not push. Willow tells Nina that Liesel asked her to give her a chance. Michael comes back and asks Willow if she is ready to go home. Nina thanks her before leaving. Mason wants Ava to give him her phone so he can give her his number. Sonny tells Olivia that he knows about Carly and Drew. She asks how he knows. Carly tells Drew he can't give up on ELQ for her and he tells her it's a good business strategy. She teases him that he needs to work on romance more. He sweeps everything from her kitchen island and kisses her before lifting her onto it. 

Mason gives Ava back her phone and says that now they have each other's numbers and when he calls she'll answer. Marshall thanks Portia and she thanks him too. She asks him if there is any hope for her and Curtis as Curtis steps off of the elevator. Alexis leaves a message for Gregory to call her. Molly tells TJ she wants to have a baby and he tells her he does too. Michael asks Willow how it went and she tells him it went well but she's not forgetting who Nina is. Carly and Drew kiss in bed and she tells him she is glad he stopped by. He tells her that soon he can spend any night she wants him to. Sonny tells Olivia he knows why Carly and Drew have to stay quiet. She tells Sonny Ned threatened to sic the SEC on them. Nina overhears them talking.
