Y&R Recap for March 6, 2023: Phyllis Teams Up With Stark

In today's recap of The Young and the Restless for March 6, 2023, Phyllis makes a dangerous decision, Nick gives Adam a reality check, and Billy shares words of wisdom with Kyle.

Jack wants to marry Diane. He tells her that he loves her but she says he is acting just on impulse because he is caught up in the morning. He tells her that's not the case and asks her to hold off on answering his proposal. He rushes out noting that he will be back as soon as he can. Diane remembers all that has transpired since her return to town. She then gets a text from Stark saying that she can't hide from him forever. Jack returns and shares a drink. He gets on one knee and pops the question asking Diane to become his wife. Diane shares that she loves him and it means a lot but she cannot accept leaving Jack shocked. She shares that she doesn't want to put his family in danger but Jack pleads with her and begs her to say yes. Diane agrees to marry Jack. 

Phyllis wakes up in Jeremy's suite. She wonders what happened to her and what damage did she cause while she was drunk. He tells her of her action while drunk and how he rescued her and brought her to his room. Phyllis thinks Jeremy brought her there so he can get in her head to team up with him in his plot against Diane. Jeremy lays out his plan to bring down Diane and invites Phyllis to join him. Phyllis tells him that she doesn't think his plan will work because nothing else has. He says that with or without her he is going forward with his vendetta against Diane. 

Adam is at Society reflecting on his latest visit with Sally and Nick when Nick walks in and notices his brother having a drink. Nick wonders if Adam is expecting someone but he shares that he's not. Nick states that he is there for some takeout and sits to have a chat with his brother. Nick shares that he sympathizes with Adam who tells Nick that he will not interfere in his relationship with Sally. Adam notes that he thought he and Nick were on a good path. He also reveals to Nick his latest dealings with their dad. Adam is ready for a second chance and to try again. He shares that with Nick and then leaves Society.





Sally runs into Summer who is collecting breakfast for Harrison at Crimson Lights. Summer wants to talk to Sally about her relationship with her father this is when Sally reveals to Summer that she is pregnant. Summer quickly assumes it is Nick's child but Sally informs her that it's Adam's baby. Summer is hopeful that this will reunite her with Adam, but Sally is adamant that it won't happen. Summer then calls Sally selfish. She accuses Sally of using Nick as a shield to protect herself from Adam. Sally advises her that she is in no way, shape or form using her father. Summer declares, "My dad doesn't deserve this chaos and it seems like Sally chaos is all you're capable of creating," before storming out. 

Over in the Grand Phoenix lobby, Billy catches up with Kyle. Billy learns from Kyle that Jack is having a romantic getaway with Diane. Billy asks his nephew how he feels about his parents' reunion. Kyle notes that he wants his parents to be happy but he is worried that one of them will get hurt by the other. Billy reveals to Kyle that Jack made him a huge offer. 

Phyllis walks into the lobby and is greeted by Billy. He wonders if she is okay and she asks him for Jack. He reveals to her that Jack and Diane are out of town on a romantic getaway. Phyllis returns to Stark's suite and tells him that she's in!
