In today's recap of The Young and the Restless for March 7, 2023, Summer confronts Nick about Sally’s pregnancy, Nate discovers a secret, and Sharon gives Billy a warning about Chelsea.

Billy prepares to go have lunch with Chelsea. He has a talk with Sharon who highlights that she noticed the bond between him and Chelsea has grown stronger. Sharon reminds Billy that while Chelsea has made some progress, she is still in a fragile state. Sharon notes that she doesn't want to overstep but Billy encourages her to continue to give her advice. 

Adam pays Chelsea a visit to check on her. She prepared lunch and Adam notes that it must be for Billy. She tells him that she doesn't need the negativity surrounding her friendship with Billy. As Chelsea and Adam bicker about Billy, he comes in. Chelsea begs them to get along or they will have to both leave. Adam decides to go. Chelsea thanks Billy for his flowers. Billy wants to know what's going on with Adam but she tells him that it's not her place to tell. Chelsea informs Billy about her talk with Daniel about joining his project. Billy notes that he thinks that it's a perfect fit for Daniel's platform. Billy reveals that Jack offered him a job. He is considering taking that job because of Chelsea. He thanks her for helping him see things in a different light.

Sally tells Nick that she saw Summer and told her everything. She tells him that Summer accused her of causing chaos wherever she goes and she agrees. He encourages her not to worry about Summer and focus on the baby.  

Summer tells Kyle about her run-in with Sally Spectra. She reveals to a stunned Kyle that sally is pregnant with Adam's kid. Kyle is even more stunned to learn that Nick will maintain his relationship with Sally despite the paternity. Kyle defends Sally as Nick comes by to talk with his daughter. Summer shares her concerns for her dad stating that Sally is using him. Nick tells her that she is completely wrong. He begs her to open up her heart and her mind to him and Sally being together. 

Daniel meets with Lily. She reminds him that his venture is way too important to walk away from. She also notes that she owes a big thank you to Chelsea for re-energizing Daniel with his project. Nate overhears Daniel and Lily talking about her war with Devon. As Lily leaves, Nate approaches Daniel and asks him to talk.

Adam goes to Crimson Lights. He is not too pleasant when Sharon greets him and tells her that he doesn't need her to therapist him. He wants Sharon to talk to Chelsea about her connection with Billy but Sharon refuses to. Sharon learns that Adam no longer works at Jabot as Kyle steps into the coffee house and Adam approaches him. Adam's exchange with Kyle causes him to leave before getting his coffee. Adam reveals that Victor made him a huge offer. On the outside of Crimson Lights alone, Adam calls Victor and tells him that he is ready to meet and talk.
