In today's recap of Days of Our Lives for April 7, 2023: Andrew transfers custody of Megan to Shawn, Sparks fly between Harris and Hope in Greece, Kayla informs Bo she is unable to help him achieve his goal, and Alex promises Maggie he’s about to close a big deal for Titan.
Kayla is about to try to escape but when she opens the front door Bo is standing there. He offers her dinner but she turns him down. She tells him that she can't make Rolf's serum for him because the actual instructions are on the Prisms. He's frustrated but thinks he may know where to find them. He locks Kayla in the wine cellar so that she doesn't try to escape again and while she's down there she finds a lock box that she opens with a corkscrew. She rifles through it and is happy with what she finds.
Alex tells Maggie that he's not going to the board meeting because he's working on a really big deal for Titan. She's curious but he refuses to reveal details until the deal is done. After she leaves he calls a police officer in Greece and confirms their deal for the sale of the Prisms to Titan. He is about to send the wire transfer when Maggie comes back from the board meeting and asks again about the deal he's working on. She's furious when he tells her about his deal with the police officer and demands that he call it off. He tries to reason with her but she is resolute.
Tripp gets home from a long shift at the hospital and collapses on the couch. He's awakened almost immediately but a knock at the door. It's Stephanie and she tells him the news about Kayla being alive! She tells him about the phone call she got from her mother and laments not being able to get more information because of the bad connection. She's afraid there may have been a clue she missed and tells him that she wishes she could hear the call again. Tripp suggests that there may be a way she's able to...with Marlena's help.
Tripp tells her about when Allie went under hypnosis to remember her attack and Stephanie agrees to call Marlena and ask for her help. Tripp makes her breakfast and they talk about his date with Wendy and his feelings for her. He offers to cancel it to go with Stephanie but she insists that he doesn't. She promises to fill him in on what happens with Marlena and tells him to have fun on his date. Before she leaves she gets a call from an unknown number and answers it, hoping that it's Kayla again.
Hope and Harris get to Greece and start to settle into the hotel while discussing their plan. They talk about the romance of Greece and Harris hopes that they can experience it after the mission is over. They are about to kiss when Steve arrives and tells them that Rolf was there and while he managed to evade capture, the police have his belongings. They agree that Steve will go to the police station to look through them and that Hope and Harris will go to a Greek taverna that Thomas Banks was known to frequent.
At the taverna, Hope and Harris try to blend in because asking any question. Harris takes that opportunity to kiss Hope. She jokes about it being part of their cover but enthusiastically goes along. After a while, she suggests that they start asking questions and Harris takes a picture of Banks out of his pocket.
Andrew arrives at the Salem PD and tells Shawn that he's there to transfer Megan into his custody ahead of her transfer to Statesville. When they go into the interrogation room to talk to her she can't stop staring at Shawn or remarking how much like his father he looks. Shawn lashes out at her but she just laughs about him having his father's temper as well. She refuses to answer their questions and asks for a phone to call her lawyer. When they leave her alone with the phone she calls Thomas Banks and tips him off that the authorities are looking for him and orders him to find Bo.
At the police station in Greece, Bo presents himself as ISA director Shane Donovan and demands that the Prism found in Rolf's belongings be turned over to him. The officer is hesitant but after getting the call from Alex telling him that their deal is off, he agrees to turn them over. He has Bo wait in a room while they are retrieved. Right after Bo goes into the waiting room, Steve comes into the station and asks to look through Rolf's belonging on behalf of the ISA. The officer tells him that Shane is already there and directs him to wait with him. Steve goes into the room and is shocked when it's not Shane, but Bo who turns around!
