GH Recap for April 18, 2023: Tracy's Arrival Creates A Stir

On today's General Hospital for April 18, 2023: Chase learns his fate; Holly is in danger; Willow makes a momentous request; Alexis is shaken; and Tracy Quartermaine returns.

Dante comes just as the CCRB tells Chase that they have reached a decision and that they have decided to reinstate him. Brook Lynn is overjoyed for him and he thanks her for everything she did and hugs her. Dante congratulates him and they hug but when they turn around Brook Lynn is gone. 

Dante and Chase go to get coffee and talk about Brook Lynn and the nurse's ball and Chase being reinstated. Chase is eager to get back to work and hopes he gets his badge back in time to help with the Victor investigation. He's touched when Dante gives him his badge and welcomes him back to the PCPD. 

Valentin approaches Sonny and Nina at GH and Sonny leaves them alone to talk. Nina catches him up on the Willow situation and they discuss their history. They tell each other they cherish their friendship and bond.

Brook Lynn runs into Sonny at GH and they talk about Linc and Leo's new class. He talks to her about Chase and she tells him that she called in a favor to help get him reinstated. Before she can tell him what that was she gets a text that it's time to pick Leo up. As she's leaving she mentions the wedding the next day and Sonny is shocked and saddened to hear that it's for Michael and Willow. After Brook Lynn leaves he tells Nina that he has to talk to her privately.

Willow tells Michael that she wants to invite Sonny to the wedding. She tells him that it's important for them to show Donna and Avery that they're a family and let them know they don't have to choose sides. Michael tells her that if Sonny comes Nina will want to come as well but Willow says she has no place there and she hopes she would know that. Michael agrees to invite Sonny and Willow excitedly talks about their wedding. 

Diane and Robert are unable to get to dinner because his car breaks down and roadside assistance is delayed. As Robert attempts to fix it himself they discuss the evolution of her association with Sonny. After an attempt to start the car leaves Diane covered in soot, Robert gives her a PCPD baseball shirt to change into and then kisses her!

Gregory insists that Alexis not call an ambulance and explains that his condition causes severe muscle cramps and that there's nothing the doctors can do for him. He finally admits to her that he has ALS and that it's progressing faster than he anticipated. He tells her that he doesn't want to tell his sons right now because he knows the burden he will be on them later and doesn't want them worrying about it now.

Holly bids for Ethan against a mystery bidder online. She finally wins with a bid of 10 million dollars but when she can't pay they sell him to the next highest bidder. The woman arrives to claim her prize and Holly knocks her hat off while trying to stop her and it turns out to be Tracy! The auctioneer thinks there were working together and orders his men to seize them all but Ethan gets free of his bonds and all of them fight together to get free!
