On General Hospital for April 25, 2023: Robert and Diane are interrupted, Alexis shares a message, Sonny has mixed feelings, Willow gets bad news, and Nina puts on a happy face.
Robert and Diane are about to kiss when Holly comes in and interrupts them. Diane realizes that they used her in their ruse against Victor and is offended. She leaves unhappily, refusing Roberts's offer to walk her to her car. Holly asks Robert why Diane took it so personally but Robert tries to downplay it. He updates her about Anna and the search for Victor and she tells him that she has information to give him and Anna.
Alexis goes to Anna's room looking for Valentin and Anna tells her that he went after Victor with Laura, Curtis, and Drew. Alexis shares the goodbye text Valentin sent her and they discuss Anna's relationship with him. Anna's frustrated that she couldn't go with them and have his back. Alexis commiserates with her and Anna offers to let Alexis vent to her as well. Alexis thanks her but tells her that it's not her story to tell and tries to reassure Anna by talking about how much they care about each other. Alexis gets a text from Diane and has to leave.
Tracy comes into the mansion like a hurricane and everyone is immediately on alert. She criticizes how everyone greets her and lobs some insults toward Carly before telling them all that she was rescuing Luke's son from Victor. They tell her that Michael and Willow are getting married. She's offended that she wasn't invited and tries to jab at the number of times Carly's been married but everyone has fun reminding Tracy of her 6 former husbands.
After Carly leaves they tell Tracy about Willow having leukemia and she asks what she can do to help. They tell her that they're doing everything they can and about Liesel being the donor match and being missing. After Michael leaves they invite Tracy to the wedding. She accepts and wants to give them a list of specialists she knows well as a gift.
Wiley and Willow talk about being a ring bearer and she goes over the duties he will have. He's looking forward to helping out at the wedding. He's excited when Carly comes in and tells her about his job at the wedding. Wiley goes to practice and Carly tells Willow about Tracy showing up. Willow says that Tracy is a handful but she's welcome at the wedding because she's family.
Carly is about to tell her about Drew when Michael comes in and asks if Carly told Willow the news. They break the news to her about Drew looking for Liesel and she understands that means he can't walk her down the aisle. Carly is touched when Willow asks her to do it instead and agrees after Michael tells her that he's ok with it too. After Carly goes to change Willow tells Michael that she's concerned about the brave face Carly is putting on for them when she must be so scared. She tells Michael that she thinks Carly is in love with Drew.
Alexis meets Diane at Charlie's and tells her what happened on her date with Robert and their kiss. She tells her that they were going to kiss again but they were interrupted by Holly showing up. They talk about Holly and Robert's plan and connection. Alexis thinks Robert would rather be with Diane but Diane is reluctant to give him a chance with Holly back in town.
Robert and Holly show up in Anna's room. Anna is less than thrilled but accepts Holly's apology for setting her up to be charged with shooting Lucy. Holly explains what happened with Ethan and Victor and Anna understands completely. Anna tells them about the hunt for Victor and Holly tells them what she learned about Victor's plan from Ethan.
In the hall, Brook Lynn thanks Tracy for helping her with Chase and pulling strings to get him another hearing with the CCRB. She tells Tracy that she owes her and Tracy agrees, telling Brook Lynn that she won't forget it before heading up the stairs and directing Brook Lynn to bring up her suitcase for her.
Sonny tells Nina that he wants to take her away for a long weekend getaway. She tells him no and asks if he's only doing it to make up for him being invited to the wedding and her not. Sonny assures her that he just wants time alone with her where they can just be happy. Nina vents her frustrations at Carly and Willow's closeness and almost says something about the SEC issue but stops herself and covers when Sonny questions her.
Sonny tells Nina to let go of the bitterness and move on and she agrees that she will but when he goes to get dressed for the wedding she calls Martin and asks him if he's called the SEC on Carly and Drew yet. She tells him she hasn't changed her mind and wants him to move forward but cautions him to leave her name out of it!
