On General Hospital for April 26, 2023: Chase and Dante offer support, Carly hides her worry, Holly shares what she's learned, Victor relishes his triumph, and Willow prepares to walk down the aisle.

Sonny comes out of his room as Nina is finishing her call with Martin and asks her what it was about. She lies and tells him that she's setting up a trust for her grandkids. Ava brings Avery over so that Sonny can take her to the wedding and tells Sonny she will stay with Nina while he's out. Nina shows her a bracelet that she bought for Willow but Ava convinces her to not have Sonny bring it to Willow. She tells her that she could push her daughter further away. 

Nina agrees to not try to give her the bracelet today and after Sonny and Avery leave Ava gets the drinks so they can relax and talk. Nina tells Ava about part of her conversation with Carly and rages against her being allowed at the wedding while she, Willow's mother, is not. Ava sympathizes with her but advises her to try to be patient. Nina tells her that she's making sure Carly gets what's coming to her.

Maxie, Chase, and Dante come to the gatehouse as Carly, Joss, Willow, and Michael are talking about the wedding and Drew. Chase and Dante tell Michael they are there to take him up to the main house so the women can get ready. Before they leave Michael and Willow share a tender moment. Michael agrees to take Wiley with him and Willow says she will bring Amelia up with her later. 

At the mansion Chase, Dante, and Michael share a toast and Dante gives Michael Mike's cuff links to wear for his wedding day. Dante is talking to him about Sonny when he walks in and says he is there to support Michael and Willow if they will let him.  In the hall, Chase stops Brook Lynn and thanks her for being at the CCRB meeting and tells her that it meant a lot. 

At the gatehouse, the women help Willow do her makeup and then leave her alone with Carly and Joss to finish getting ready. Bobbie shows up with Donna and gives Willow a bracelet that Luke had given her. Carly gives her a diamond hairclip that Bobbie had given her and Joss gives her a pair of blue heart earrings. Willow tells them that she feels like a Spencer and is very happy. She brings Amelia down and they all take a picture together. 

At the hospital, Holly tells Anna and Robert what she learned from Ethan and they theorize that Victor may have a bomb. The only puzzle is why he took Liesl as well. Anna figures out that it had to be because of her research capabilities and they conclude that Victor must be working with a biological weapon. Robert tries to contact Laura to no avail and Anna and Holly beg him to contact the WSB to get them involved. 

Victor is happy when they finally reach the bunker and he can feel victory is within his grasp. He informs Liesl that it has to be activated by UV light so it is safe for her to work on in the bunker. Victor tells her that she has to test the pathogen to make sure it's still viable. She tries to lie to him that it's not but he calls her bluff by telling a guard to take her up to the roof and expose her to it in the sunlight. 

Victor tells Liesl to create an antidote and test it on Spencer and Trina. Trina says that they don't consent but Victor tells her he doesn't require her consent. He promises Liesl that if she completes the task he will send her back to Port Charles with enough doses to save her family. As he leaves he reminds her that Willow is running out of time and needs Liesl's bone marrow so the clock is ticking.
