On General Hospital for April 27, 2023: It's Michael and Willow's wedding day, Ava doesn't mince words, Dante plays peacemaker, Nina makes a big move, and Brook Lynn and Ned navigate some tricky dynamics.

As Carly and Bobbie put the finishing touches on Donna and Avery's flower girl outfits, Joss steps outside and checks in with Dex, telling him that she wishes he could have been there with him. Afterward, she and Bobbie take the girls and Amelia up to the main house, leaving Carly and Willow alone to talk.

Willow shares with Carly how scared she is and Carly assures her that she's going to make it. She tells her that no one is promised tomorrow and to enjoy the love and happiness of today and embrace it. Willow questions if Carly wishes she had never met Michael in case he is hurt if she dies and Carly tells her emphatically that she does not. She loves Willow and loves how much she and Michael love each other. The women embrace and Carly helps Willow finish getting ready for her wedding.

At the mansion Brook Lynn and Ned try to keep the peace between Tracy and Olivia as Tracy snipes at her and insults the wedding plans. After Brook Lynn takes her grandmother out of the kitchen, Ned tells his wife that everything is beautiful and exactly what Michael and Willow wanted and to ignore his mother.

Sam, Dante, Kristina, Molly, and TJ arrive and all greet each other and Sonny and Michael. When Bobbie and Joss bring the girls in Molly takes pictures of Sonny with his kids. Kristina invites Joss to join in but she politely declines the offer. TJ and Sam are concerned with how emotional Molly is and Kristina asks her sister what is going on. Molly doesn't want to talk about it but Kristina pushes so Molly tells her that getting pregnant may be harder than she and TJ expected it to be.

Chase runs into Brook Lynn and Tracy and is confused when Tracy tells him that he owes Brook Lynn a debt of gratitude for moving heaven and earth to help him get his badge back. Sam and Michael talk and she tells him how proud Jason would be. He admits he's been thinking about him a lot today and Sam says she has too. Once Carly arrives at the main house with the bride the ceremony can begin.

At the penthouse, Nina confesses to Ava that she had Martin turn Carly and Drew in for insider trading to the SEC. Ava is worried she's made a big mistake but Nina reminds her that it was her idea. Ava counters by telling her that she was playing devil's advocate and didn't actually want her to do it, she wanted to show her how bad it would be if she did.

Nina rails against Carly and Ava corrects her on some lies she is telling herself about Carly's effect on Willow's health situation. Nina tries to say that she only turned Carly and Drew in because they committed a crime and needed to be punished but Ava pushes back and makes her admit she did it for revenge. Ava tells her that she is the one who will suffer the most for this and if it comes out it will be the end of her and Sonny.

Nina is confident that Sonny will understand and stand by her but Ava thinks she is fooling herself and tells her that even if they are on opposite sides and fighting Carly and Sonny always jump to defend the other against an outside threat. Nina starts to panic as she realizes this is going to affect Willow as well and hurt her chances of them ever having a relationship. She hopes that maybe nothing will come of it or that it will take a long time before the SEC does anything.

At the Quartermaine's, Carly walks Willow down the aisle, Sam officiates, Joss does a reading and Ned plays a song for the couple before they take their vows. They make their own vows to each other before letting Sam lead the traditional ones. After Sam pronounces them husband and wife, everyone blows bubbles as they share a romantic kiss.

Olivia starts to move everyone into the solarium for the reception as the doorbell rings. Tracy goes to answer it and comes back into the parlor with two men. She tells Michael, Willow, Ned, Brook Lynn, Sonny, and Carly that the men are from the SEC and insisted on coming in.

Michael tells the men that if it's about ELQ it will have to wait. Sonny tells them that it's his son's wedding day. The men tell them that it is about ELQ but they're not looking for Michael. Tracy asks who they are looking for and they say that they're looking for Drew Cain and Carly Spencer.
