On General Hospital for May 3, 2023: Michael is frantic; Felicia delivers bad news; Tracy and Brook Lynn band together; Nina briefs Ava; and Laura makes a bold move.

Michael frantically calls 9-1-1 after Willow collapses. Brook Lynn and Tracy arrive at the gatehouse as the paramedics are working on Willow. He asks them to stay with the kids while he goes to the hospital with Willow. Brook Lynn hugs him and tells him that Willow is going to be ok.

Brook Lynn and Tracy talk about Tracy's help with the Chase situation and Tracy tells her she did it because she thought it would be helpful to have a police officer in her debt. Brook Lynn tells her that Chase isn't the one who owes her, she is. Tracy tells her that she will be calling in the favor for help with her plan but before she can tell her about her plan Wiley comes down and asks them where Willow is.

Tracy and Brook Lynn comfort him and explain that Willow is at the hospital. Tracy offers to tell him a story and after he falls asleep she gently strokes his hair as Brook Lynn watches, seeing a side of her grandmother that she usually hides from everyone.

At the hospital, TJ and Liz talk about what happened at the wedding and how wonderful having children is. When Willow is brought in they work on her. Michael wants to stay with her but TJ tells him to wait outside. They share a worried look when they get her test results.

Carly is at Kelly's for coffee and pie. She tries to pay her bill but her cards are declined. Nina offers to cover it but Carly declines her offer and pays with cash instead. Nina asks her about the wedding and Carly tells her about it and about the SEC showing up at the end. She tells Nina about the SEC being after Drew and that they were thrown off the scent but when Nina asked her how that happened Carly tells her to talk to Sonny about it.

Ava comes in and interrupts and Carly leaves them to talk alone. As she leaves she gets a call from Michael telling her that Willow is in the hospital. She looks at Nina through the window but then leaves without saying anything to her. After she's gone Nina and Ava discuss Carly's assets being frozen and the SEC looking for Drew while he's looking for Willow. Ava tells her that she better hope Carly never finds out that it was her who snitched and tells her that she did nothing wrong because they did commit the crime.

As he waits for word on Willow, Michael sadly remembers his wedding. When Carly gets there she comforts him and tells him that Willow will pull through. TJ comes out of the room and Michael asks if there's any news on Willow. TJ somberly tells them that there is.

On the Haunted Star Curtis fights off the guards as Trina tries to wake up Spencer who is passed out. Curtis wants her to leave him behind but she refuses. Spencer wakes up and thanks Curtis for saving them. They get Ace from the nanny and Curtis directs them to where the seaplane is waiting and tells them to take the baby and wait for him there. He tells them that Laura, Drew, and Valentin are on the island as well and that he's not leaving without them.

As Victor and Liesl watch Valentin deteriorate, Liesl begs him to allow her to administer the vaccine. Victor refuses as he continues to try to question his son about who else came with him to the island. Valentin refuses to answer and then becomes delirious and can't. Victor tells Liesl that they're done there and leads her away. After they're gone Valentin hallucinates that Helena has come to take him to hell!

In Anna's hospital room, the WSB agent is holding Robert. Robert demands that he let him go but the agent refuses. Robert punches him and the agent handcuffs him to the bed. When Felicia knocks on the door looking for Anna, Robert yells for her to call Frisco. The agent tapes his mouth so he can't yell again but it's too late, Felicia has heard him and makes the call. After she barges into the room and hands the agent her phone to speak to his supervisor. She takes the tape off of Robert's mouth and tells him that Frisco was replaced as the head of the WSB because he refused to bomb the island. She tells him that the new director gave the order!

Drew and Laura get into the bunker and find Victor's lab. As they are trying to figure out what he's doing Victor shows up with Liesl and a team of guards. Drew creates a diversion as Laura takes a vial out of the case the pathogen was stored in. Victor tells them his plan and when they doubt it will work he turns on a camera and shows them Valentin writhing in pain. Victor tells them that he was infected with the pathogen and asks if they doubt it now. Laura takes the vial out of her pocket and holds it out, threatening to drop it.
