On General Hospital for May 5, 2023: Elizabeth and Portia are puzzled; Willow issues a request; Nina makes a promise; Victor is caught off-guard; and Laura is horrified.

Carly updates Sonny and Nina about Willow right before Sasha arrives to support Nina. Carly and Joss talk privately and hope that Sonny and Nina keep their distance. Carly goes to Willow's room and tells Michael and Willow that Sonny and Nina are there. Michael wants to go tell them to leave but Willow asks to speak to Nina. Michael leaves to get Nina and when she comes in Willow tells her that she has a request to make.

Nina tells Willow that she will do anything for her and Willow tells her that she wants her to leave Carly alone and drop her vendetta against her. Sasha comforts Sonny as he waits outside and Carly and Joss support Michael. Nina is reluctant but promises her daughter that she will do as she asks. Michael comes in and says that Willow has to rest.

Jordan, Felicia, and Robert talk to Spencer and Trina on the sat phone and tell them about the incoming drone strike. They tell them to get to the seaplane as soon as they can. In Portia's office, she prays for her daughter and Liz comes in and comforts her. Jordan interrupts and tells them about speaking to Trina. Liz is shocked when she looks out the window and sees that it's snowing.

In the lab, Laura tells Curtis about Mikkos's weather machine. She realizes that there is another one and that it's targeting Port Charles. Curtis tries to get the program to stop but it requires the chemical formula for carbonic snow. Laura realizes that she is the only one who knows it because they destroyed it when they took down Mikkos. She inputs it into the computer and the program terminates!

Holly holds Victor at gunpoint as Liesl urges her to shoot him even if it puts her in danger as well. Victor threatens to release the pathogen and Holly tells him that it was her who poisoned his cocktail and caused his permanent erectile dysfunction. In a rage, Victor tries to shoot Holly but Drew knocks him out from behind.

Liesl is unconscious and bleeding on the ground and as Holly and Drew try to rouse her, Victor escapes with the pathogen. He passes Spencer and Trina who are hiding behind a rock with Ace. Spencer tells Trina to get to the seaplane with Ace and he goes after his uncle.

Once Liesl is conscious, Drew uses a sat phone to call Carly and she takes the phone into Willow's room so that Drew and Liesl can tell Willow the good news themselves. Liesl tells Drew that she stole the antidote from Victor. Drew questions if Victor will still release the pathogen even though he's not immune. Holly runs into Curtis and Laura in the bunker and tells them that Victor's trying to escape and goes to find Anna.

Anna talks to Valentin through the glass and convinces him that it's really her. She wants to come into the room but he tells her not because he's infected. He talks about their relationship and the mistakes that he made and tells her that he loves her before passing out. When he comes to Anna is in the room with him. He's upset that she's risking her life but she tells him that she couldn't leave him and he's worth the risk. Holly comes in and they yell at her to leave but she happily shows them that she has the antidote.

Once Jordan, Robert, and Felicia find out that Victor is on the Haunted Star and trying to escape with the pathogen they get the WSB to call off the drone strike on the island. It gets redirected to the Haunted Star. They let Laura and Curtis know that all on the island are safe. Laura lets Trina know and Trina panics as she tells Laura that Spencer went after Victor and he's on the Haunted Star.

On the Haunted Star, Victor realizes that Liesl stole the antidote and tells the crew to turn around so they can go back and retrieve it. Spencer confronts him and tells him that's not going to happen. He knocks Victor out and secures the pathogen just as he hears the drones arriving. On the island, Laura, Curtis, and Trina watch in horror as the ship explodes!
