The Young and the Restless recap for May 24, 2023:






In today's episode of The Young and the Restless, Nikki gives Victoria unsolicited advice, Summer apologizes to Kyle, and Ashely makes a shocking announcement.






Nikki and Victoria review business contracts at Newman. Nikki is perplexed by Victoria's shine. She claims it was caused by an oxygen facial, but Nikki believes it was caused by Nate. Victoria refuses to discuss Nate. Victoria is not proud of how she got romantically involved with Nate, but she is relieved that they can finally go public. She admits that her radiance is due to Nate, and her family must embrace it. Victoria inquires whether she has her approval. Nikki believes she can rely on her intuition, and they embrace.







Nate enters Audra's Athletic Club room. She wanted to meet at work, but he says it wouldn't be feasible. He describes what happened when Elena confronted him and Victoria. Nate claims Devon made him feel horrible about it. He informs her that Nick believes he is exploiting his relationship with Victoria to advance his career. Audra feels he was wise to identify his endgame, despite the fact that she knows he has some feelings for Victoria, which leaves him susceptible. She promises to keep an eye on him and Nate believes it has the potential to work for them. Audra and Nate agree to work together, and Nate believes Newman Media will face off against Adam. Nate thinks it will take time to get rid of Nick and Nikki from the firm.

The Young and the Restless recap for May 24, 2023:





Kyle and Summer talk about Harrison. She also apologizes for the tension that she despises and accepts full responsibility for. He is concerned that he is losing more of her every day. Summer is concerned that the cops will locate her mother, but then she is concerned that they will not. Kyle proceeds to take a business call, and Daniel appears to speak to Summer who is not interested.






Lucy and Kyle appear, and she informs Summer of being aware of what occurred. She misses Phyllis but doesn't understand why she and Stark would do such a thing. Lucy and Kyle stroll out to the spa. Summer is enraged because Daniel has ousted their mother. They debate whether Diane going to prison is justifiable. Kyle returns, and Daniel leaves for work. Summer needs to go right away, and Kyle wonders how he can persuade her that he is on her side. She receives a phone call and must answer it. He departs, and an anonymous text messages Summer to arrange a meeting.






At the Abbott's, Jack thinks Tucker's bravado is a little excessive. Tucker promises to make Jack's life a living misery if he continues on this heinous road with Ashley. When she gets home, Jack threatens to kick Tucker out. Jack informs Ashley that he suspects she is plotting a coup. Ashley is merely looking out for their family. Diane rushes in with some tea and encourages the squabbling siblings to stop. Of course, Ashley is annoyed by Diane's presence, much less her approach. Ashley mentions that she and Tucker are engaged. Jack is upset about it. Ashley and Tucker leave. Diane attempts to calm Jack down by reminding him that he and Ashley are siblings.




Victoria encounters Adam at Society. She wonders if he considers Newman Media a danger to his new firm. He goes with her to the bar. They discuss McCall's immediate threat, but Victoria denies there is one. She believes it's unfortunate that their father purchased him a firm that he'll ruin. Adam admires her confidence and hopes to prove her incorrect. He reminds her that he understands Newman Media better than anyone else, which puts him in total preparation.





Ashley complains about Jack being pompous. Tucker replies it's alright after she thanks him for defending her to Jack. The finest part, in his opinion, was when she informed them they were engaged. Tucker wonders if she's playing him. She wonders why she'd want to live with him. He wonders if this was just done to upset Jack and Diane and if her saying she loves him was real or just for a dramatic effect.
