The Young and the Restless recap for June 13, 2023:

In today's recap of The Young and the Restless, Sharon and Nick receive upsetting news about Faith, Jack and Diane make an important decision, and Billy comes to Chelsea’s rescue.

Diane and Jack are excited about their upcoming nuptials. They are hoping that Summer and Kyle will be able to settle their issues in time for the wedding. Jack thinks they will be able to handle things on their own. Jack only wants to shower her with affection. Tucker and Ashley arrive and join them. They begin to insult each other while toasting. While Tucker and Ashley enjoy the rose, Diane toasts to all the love in the family. Jack wants them to stop arguing. Diane insults Tucker, and Ashley threatens to spit in her face. Abby arrives wondering what the hell is going on. Abby learns that Tucker and Ashley intend to marry in August. Diane and Jack leave, and Abby chastises her mother for acting like a child. 

Abby confronts Jack and asks him why her mother is acting so strangely. He believes Tucker is behind everything. Jack swears that Tucker will never get his hands on Jabot. Abby approaches Tucker. He maintains that all he wants is peace with her mother. She wonders if he is manipulating his way into a power position at Jobot and he hopes she isn't teaching his grandchild that individuals aren't capable of changing. Ashley returns and inquires as to what she has missed. When Jack and Diane return, the arguing resumes and Abby tells them to act their age and walks away.

Billy joins Chelsea at Crimson Lights and expresses his excitement for a movie night with Connor. She explains that Connor isn't interested. Billy reminds her that sometimes children go through stuff but Chelsea wonders if this is a trait that is inherited. She bids Billy well when he agrees to chat with Connor. He quickly returns and explains that it did not go well. He tried his hardest, but Connor doesn't seem to get his sense of humor. Billy advises her to love her son and seek expert help. If Sharon is unable to assist, she decides she will find someone else.

Y&R recap for June 13, 2023:

Adam brings Sally dinner. She paces and informs him that Nick was detained for assaulting Cameron but Adam isn't too shocked. He has a tendency to overdo things. She argues that this is nothing like what occurred with Ashland. He claims there isn't much of a difference. Sally is still not hungry, so they sit in silence. He offers to listen to an audiobook and he tells her how hard he is working for their child's sake. He intends to reclaim Newman Media after he has re-established McCall as a competitor. 

Sharon is sad. She breaks down that Faith is missing. She wants to find her daughter and explodes at Chance who advises her to be prudent for the sake of her daughter rather than making a move with no backup. Nick arrives noting that he made bail. As he queries what's going on, Sharon, sobbing, informs him that Cameron kidnapped Faith. Nick huffs and demands an explanation. Sharon and Nick believe Cameron has been in the residence. Nick rants and later finds a bug, Sharon grabs it and demands that he bring her daughter home. Cameron has informed Nick that he wants Sharon. He had to have used Faith as bait. Chance requests that vehicles be dispatched. If he's looking for Sharon, Chance believes Kirsten is still in the vicinity.

Chance decides to go to the GCAC and look for his room. Sharon weeps on Nick's shoulder. Nick begins to blame himself for this, but she tells him that it is not his fault. He can't get his mind off how deeply he wants to hurt Cameron. He calls Sally to explain that everything is OK. She feels he's withholding information for medical reasons and demands to know what's going on. He requests to talk with his brother. When Adam answers the phone, he asks him to take care of Sally. He notes that Faith has been kidnapped and Adam vows to watch after Sally and instructs him to do what he must do.

Sharon offers Nick tea and they discuss the day she believed she'd lost Faith. She believes she has a guardian angel. Everything about her has been a miracle, and it will not stop now. Nick pushes her to utilize all her skills to try to get into Cameron’s thoughts. She believes he is playing mind games with her. They must locate Faith before it is too late. 

Sally eats and queries Adam about Cameron and the situation. He tells her that she isn't meant to be concerned about this right now. He assists her into bed since she is exhausted. When Nick phones, she wants him to wake her up.

Chance enters Cameron's apartment and begins searching. He finds some papers in a bag. Cameron sends a text message to Sharon. When Nick sees the photo of Faith, he snatches it and is angry. Cameron texts Sharon telling her that he knows where their love died but might be rekindled. That's the hotel where Sharon believed she murdered him.
