The Young and the Restless recap for June 27, 2023:

Today on The Young and the Restless, Phyllis reunites with Michael, Sally receives a painful reminder about her past, and Nick gives Adam an ultimatum.

Y&R Recap Today

Sharon calls Faith to check on her. Adam pays her a visit and she wonders why he is there so late without calling beforehand. He apologizes saying he lost track of time. Sharon inquires as to how he is coping with the loss of the child. Sharon believes he must find a way to forgive himself and he wonders how he would do it. Sharon questions Adam about his decision to keep Sally alive rather than the baby. He notes that he followed his instincts. He leaves.

Nick takes Sally back to her suite. She is still in pain. She regrets pushing him away. He's ready to give her some space and is still open to the possibility of her moving in with him. Nick convinces her to vent her rage on him. He claims he can handle it, but she warns him not to. She simply does not know how she will cope with the loss of Ava. She has no idea how she will ever forgive Adam. She sobs, wondering where Nick was when she needed him the most. She recognizes that his family relied on him. He cuddles with her while she sobs in his arms. Nick assists Sally in getting into bed and remains with her.  

Sally wakes searching for Nick. He is not there. She takes her pink box from the hospital and goes back into bed crying.

Y&R Recap Today

Summer sits with Chance at Crimson Lights. She has a confession to make. It's her marriage - she thinks it might be ending because of the lies she told about her mom. Chance now realizes how far she would go to protect her mother. She wonders how much trouble she is in. Chance informs her that Christine wants to bring charges against her. Chance promises to find her mom and Summer agrees to help him. 

Michael is getting ready for a romantic moment with Lauren when he realizes it's Phyllis. He mentions that he planned a romantic evening for Lauren and that she may arrive at any time. Phyllis needs his assistance. Even though he is still angry with her, he hugs her and tells her how nice it is to see her. Phyllis justifies her acts by stating she doesn't regret them. She begs him to assist her, and he recalls telling Summer that he would. He informs her that Summer intended to bribe the EMT. Phyllis claims she will manage everything alone. Michael requests that he be the one to make the plans from now on. She desires to keep Victor out of things. He wants her to turn herself in, so he can help her. Phyllis says she can't turn herself in yet. She will weigh her options and take everything he said to her into account. She tells him to work his magic and she will come back.

Nick drinks at the bar. Sharon calls him. She tells him he can take her off his list of people to worry about tonight. She lets him know that Adam stopped by. He offers to come over. He tells her about his employment status. As he hangs up, Adam walks in. They share a drink. Adam says he is not looking forward to it becoming a thing. He asks about Sally. They both exchange some harsh words. Nick is glad Adam was there for Sally. He says he asked Sally to forgive him but it's up to her to do that on her own time. He asks Adam to respect Sally's wishes and stay away from her. Adam thanks him for the advice and walks out.
