The Young and the Restless recap for June 7, 2023:

In today's episode of The Young and the Restless, Victor does damage control, Nick takes the gloves off with Cameron, Chelsea collaborates with Daniel, and Billy gives Victoria the third degree.





In the office, Victoria and Nate talk. Victor texts him and invites him out for drinks. Audra stops by. She describes Victor interrogating her about them at the GCAC. Nate and Victoria are left wondering what this means regarding the drink offer. He is concerned that her father is putting him to the test as he is the new man in her life. She believes this only demonstrates her father's interest in him and Nate isn't concerned about spending one-on-one time with her father. Nate thanks her for helping him with certain changes in his life. She leaves to head to a meeting and allows him to use her office in her absence. Audra returns pointing out how fast he moves. Nate closes and they discuss various business strategies. Everything appears to be in order. Victor, she believes, is on to him. Nate isn't too worried about that but do believe Nick is a problem.

At Crimson Lights, Billy talks to Chelsea who is not paying attention since she's preoccupied with something else on her mind. He invites her to dinner. She appreciates his help in life. Chelsea had been telling her psychiatrist about them and how they first became friends after he saved her life. He's been helpful, but it's not his responsibility to repair her. It irritates her that he seeks to divert her when she is upset. He maintains that all he wants is to see her happy. He needs to meet Victoria and needs to go. 

Nikki arrives at Society and informs Victor that Cameron Kirsten is tormenting their family. She is concerned that Nick may take matters into his own hands. Victor notes that what must be done has to be done but he will be there to assist him if necessary.

In the GCAC, Daniel and Lily talk as he notes that he's not sure how much longer he can stand what's happening to his mother and sister. He's concerned about the consequences. He's reluctant to say anything further for fear of incriminating her. They'll have to discuss it later. She departs for work, promising to be there for him.

Daniel comes to Chelsea and he's complaining about his day. Chelsea assumes it has to do with her and the game but he notes it doesn't. She recalls his mother's death and apologizes. According to Daniel, the game appears to be getting positive reviews online from those searching for unusual types of rehabilitation. Daniel hopes she is proud of her accomplishments. 

Y&R recap for June 7, 2023:

In the park, Lily encounters Billy. They reminisce about their awful double date. He confesses that things with Chelsea are a bit shaky. He heads to the GCAC where he meets Victoria. They speak about their children and their academic plans and what to do for their kids. He's taken aback by her enthusiasm and wonders whether it has anything to do with Nate. Victoria wonders whether seeing Nate will be an issue for them and emphasizes that all she wants is to give the kids what they want. Daniel runs into Lily in the park. He gives her a hug and expresses his gratitude. He says that his mother has taken refuge in the Athletic Club. 

When Billy arrives at Crimson Lights, Chelsea informs him that Connor's instructor believes he is about to shut down. He wants to give her guidance and reassurance, but he restrains himself. She expresses gratitude for his assistance and promises to assist him in return. He tells her about his lunch with Victoria and how he's come to realize the kids don't need him as much as he used to. 

Victoria returns to her office job. Nate notices she is tense. She admits that she almost got into a fight with Billy. He made a remark about them, which made her believe that people don't comprehend their connection. Nate thinks it's time they make things official by going public.

The Young and the Restless recap for June 7, 2023:

Nick sprints up to Cameron's GCAC room and bangs on the door. Cameron responds with a smile, stating it took him a long time to find him. He confronts him about the cat's death. Cameron claims he merely came to see Sharon. Nick smacks him down and threatens him. Cameron professes to have changed his ways and is not scared. Kirsten tells him he won't stop him this time and taunts him to beat him. Nick hits the wall, promising that the next time will be different while Cameron laughs. Nick instructs him to leave town. Cameron informs him that he will have to haul him out in a sack.

Nick goes to meet his parents at Society and tells them he confronted Cameron. He slammed his fist into the wall. His mother is concerned that he has fractured his hand. Victor informs his son that he dismissed the security guy. Nate texts him, and Nick complains about meeting with him while Victor feels that's compares it with his relationship with Sally. Victor advises him to forget about her and focus on Sharon and Faith. Nick has had enough of his judgment and leaves. When Nikki returns, Victor informs her that their son is overburdened. She simply hopes his rage doesn't land him in hot water. Cameron phones Jimmy from his suite and instructs him to bring his right hook.
