Days of Our Lives Episode Recap, Cast List, and Spoilers for July 31, 2023: Kristen Gets Called To Court




Spoilers for Days of Our Lives on July 31, 2023: Two couples prepare to wed. Kristen is summoned to court. Sloan doctors Nicole and EJ’s test results. Eric shares that he and Sloan are expecting.





Days of Our Lives Episode Recap July 31, 2023: Kristen Gets Called To Court 





Nicole is not happy when the nurse tells her that another nurse gave her test results to someone else who she thought was her. The nurse offers to print out another copy while Sloan worries about what to do in another room. Sloan decides she has no choice but to change Nicole's results so she does and then goes out into the lobby in time to hear Nicole ask who has her results. Sloan tells her that she was given them accidentally while looking for her own and that she opened them without realizing who they actually belonged to. She gives Nicole the envelope and the nurse is pleased that she doesn't have to print new ones. Nicole is happy to find out that her child has no genetic issues.





At the Pub Eric tells Kate and Roman his good news and Roman doesn't take it well because he doesn't like Sloan. He tells Eric that he blames her for what happened to Abe and can't get past it but he is happy that he is going to be a grandfather again and happy that his son will finally be a father. Eric isn't happy but Kate smoothes things over between them and when Sloan arrives, Roman invites her to join them for a toast. Sloan confesses to Eric that she didn't go see Colin and that she went to the hospital to try to get the genetic test results for their baby. She tells him that theirs weren't ready yet but Nicole had gotten her and told her that everything was fine with her baby and that made her feel better about their child. 





Leo stops the wedding and tells Gwen that he can't let her marry Dimitri. Gabi and Dimitri are both upset and Gwen begs Leo to talk to her about what he is feeling. Leo backs down and gives his blessing after Dimitri promises that he won't hurt Gwen and subtly reminds him of the inheritance. The ceremonies proceed and both couples are married. Kristen comforts Leo as he watches unhappily. After the wedding, Rafe tells Jada that it was drama free compared to other Salem weddings. 





Gwen confronts Leo but Dimitri smoothes things over between them. Kristen and EJ talk about their attempts toward family unity. Rafe and Jada give Gabi and Stefan their congratulations. Gabi is thrilled to finally be married to Stefan. Rafe congratulates EJ on the baby but then he and Jada decide to leave for some alone time. Stefan thanks EJ for standing up for him and Gabi asks him for a fresh start between them which EJ agrees to. Gwen gives Kristen her bouquet because she is the last single woman left at the wedding and teases her about being her new aunt.





Dimitri takes Leo into the hall to talk and grills him about interrupting the wedding. Leo tells him how guilty he feels but Dimitri reminds him again that he will take care of Gwen and they will all be rich. Gwen interrupts as they are about to kiss but they cover with her by telling her they were working on her wedding surprise. Gabi and Stefan decide to steal away from the reception and get their honeymoon started. Gwen and Nicole are curious about the surprise and Dimitri and Leo tell Gwen that Dimitri is taking her to Iceland for their honeymoon like she always wanted. 





Nicole tells EJ about the test result mix-up but tells him that everything is fine with their baby and they realize they can finally be excited about their impending arrival. Gabi is surprised by Stefan preparing their room for a romantic wedding night and they vow their forever love to each other.  Kristen and Dimitri are talking in the hall when she gets a call to come to court regarding Rachel's custody. Gwen and Leo are chatting outside and when Gwen goes to get Leo some water, Dimitri grabs his butt as they follow her in.
