Y&R Recap Today
Victoria and Nate talk about the forthcoming meetings she wants Nate to attend. The board is criticizing her. She compares being with him to talking to herself, but it's far more enjoyable. They laugh, and she assigns him two high-profile appointments to cover while Nick is away. Nate discusses gathering insider knowledge on Babcock to utilize at the meeting. This gets her really hot. He finds the power enticing, nearly as much as the way she looks at him.
Audra and Kyle get coffee and discuss sexual innuendos. They talk about Nate standing in for Nick at Newman. Kyle is curious how Nick feels about this. Audra appreciates Victoria watching out for Nick and allowing him to recuperate. Kyle notes that he's seen how the Newmans take care of their own, and it's not always out of love.
Nikki expresses her condolences to Adam when she runs into him at Chancellor Park. She begs him not to become consumed by this. He attempts to flee, but she reminds him that he has a boy who needs him and people who love him.
At Sharon's, she informs Nick that Cameron's box is terrifying her. They discuss Sally. He promises to go check on Sally after. She's not sure how to deal with Cameron stalking her from beyond the grave. She despises the fact that this person is in her head. She claims she dreams of the man and cringes at every noise. Nick is pleading with her to let him in. She talks about murdering Cameron. She sees him everywhere and wonders how she would be able to go on and find peace. She wants Nick to get his hands a little dirty. They burn Cameron's belongings in a champagne container. Sharon feels bad about bringing this man into their life. Sharon is worried about how this will mark Faith. Sharon believes she can take Cameron's tech firm and sell it or benefit from it and donate the funds to charity. That appeals to Nick. Sharon claims she has gone through it all and has rediscovered the strength she thought she had lost. He refers to her as the strongest lady he has ever met. She claims it is time for a new beginning, a new future. She can't wait to tell Mariah and Tessa about it. She wants to show children that there is always a way to recover from adversity and thrive.
Y&R Recap Today
At Victoria's office, she and Nate discuss business. They must go on a business trip. She knows it'll be better than their previous one. Nikki comes in to apologize. She needs to speak with Victoria. He departs to prepare for his meeting. Nikki confronts her daughter, wondering if she intends to keep Nick out of Newman indefinitely. Victoria claims that her mother does not comprehend. She relocated his team to other departments so that they wouldn't have to wait for him to return. Nikki thinks this is aggressive and unwarranted. Victoria describes it as good business. Her mother believes this is because of Ashland and her brother warning her about him and her refusal to listen. She believes Victoria is concerned that he is correct this time as well. Victoria is irritated that Nikki is putting her mistake in her face, but Nikki is simply trying to reach her. She seemed to be planning for a conflict with Adam as well. Nikki explains she's doing this for her family, and Nate is rooting for her. Victoria believes he is the only one who believes in her. Nate enters and informs them that the meeting with Babcock has been scheduled and that he wishes to brief them. Nikki walks away, and Nate remarks on how unhappy she is.
Y&R Recap Today
Audra talks to Kyle about utilizing AI as a distribution tool at the park. She tells him she enjoys making decisions that have the potential to affect everything. She intends to make Newman. Audra arrives at the office for a brief meeting. Nate and Victoria then sing her praises. The three of them will concentrate on getting McCall under their control.
Kyle looks at a photo of himself and Summer outside of Society and calls his flower guy to bring flowers to Audra. He also adds some diamond earrings and tells her to charge them to his account.
Victor tells Adam that Nikki called him and is worried about him. Adam scoffs, recalling to his father that the only time he mentioned Sally's name was as if it were a curse. Victor wants him to focus his efforts on constructing McCall. He has a strategy and describes it, which involves upending the media divisions. Victor is astonished that he is pursuing Newman Media. Adam founded the company and now wants it back! His father believes he is allowing emotion to cloud his judgment and threatens to take away all he has given. Nikki joins Victor inside, and Adam departs. Victor informs his wife that Adam is suppressing his emotions and is concerned about what he wants to do with McCall. They are now worried a battle is coming.
