Today on The Young and the Restless, Devon and Abby prepare to start a new chapter, Sally examines her feelings for Adam, and Chelsea makes an important decision.

Deavon and Abby are ready to move out of the penthouse. Devon notes that it holds a lot of memories, but it's time for Lily to start making new ones there.
In the Jazz Lounge, Lily and Daniel discuss her move to the penthouse. She says she'll add her own touches to the place, and Daniel offers to help her with designs if she ever needs them. She wishes he didn't have a meeting later in the day so he could accompany her to get her keys. Summer walks in and notices the kissing. Lily leaves while Summer talks with Daniel. They discuss their mother. Summer informs him about her most recent encounter with their mother. Summer informs Daniel that Kyle has accepted a new position at Newman Media. She doesn't trust Audra. Summer hopes Kyle will listen to her one day, but for now, all she can do is let it go.
Lily goes to Society and meets with Abby and Devon. She is ecstatic to be moving in. Devon is curious about how much time Daniel will spend at her new home. She has no idea, but she is eager for the new adventure. Abby hands the keys over. Lily expresses her enthusiasm for them as well. She departs for her new residence. Devon and Abby are celebrating when Adam walks in and asks what the occasion is. He discovers that they are relocating to the Chancellor estate, and Lily is relocating to the penthouse. Adam inquires about Lily's old residence because he is looking for a new base of operations. Devon is unsure but proposes that he contact her. Devon inquires as to how things are going with Tucker's company. Adam claims he is in the process of downsizing and scheming to become a top media corporation as he battles against Newman Media. Devon stops to give Adam some advice as he and Abby are headed out. As they walk away, Adam takes a phone call and exclaims that Newman Media will have no idea what hit them.

Daniel texts Lily stating his meeting has been canceled and that he will meet her at her new place. Daniel has created a lovely atmosphere for Lily. She believes they should properly christen this place. She plays some music as they dance, drink champagne, and make then their way upstairs.
Nick informs Sally that, while he will never trust Adam, he does care about him. Sally believes Nick should accept Victor's offer and collaborate with Adam. Nick is curious as to what caused her to change her mind. She claims she was so enraged with Adam that her agony was exacerbated; she read Adam's letter and must admit that it moved her. She hands the letter to Nick, who refuses to read it. Sally informs him about the contents of the letter. After reading, she began to see Adam's situation from a different angle. She tells Nick that she believes he needs someone, and perhaps that someone could be him. Nick agrees to think about it.

Sharon suggests a merger to Adam. Adam wishes to defer. He's curious about where this idea came from and why Sharon thinks it's a good idea for them to collaborate. Sharon expresses a desire for change following the Cameron ordeal. She is ready for a new beginning, a new sense of purpose. Adam does not believe this matches his company's purpose and proposes she meet with Nick and possibly work with him. She is adamant that this is a fantastic business idea. Adam believes that working together will make him confrontational and ruin their bond. She doesn't believe their friendship will be jeopardized by their professional partnership. Adam recognizes the potential worth of Cameron's company and decides to think about it.
Chloe and Chelsea meet in the park and discuss Chelsea's new position as Creative Director at Marchetti. Chloe observes that it is enormous. Billy appears and persuades Chelsea to say yes. He believes it would be a smart idea for Chelsea to accept Summer's offer. She agrees and is confident she can pull it off, but she must also consider speaking with Connor. When Connor arrives, they ask how his game went. Billy goes to check on the ice cream. She informs Connor about her new job opportunity. She inquires if he is okay with her getting the new job. He tells her she should, and he suggests that they celebrate later with pizza. Connor departs as Billy returns, and Chelsea informs him that she must contact Summer. Chelsea informs Summer of her decision when she arrives. Summer is overjoyed that things are finally going right.
Nick and Sharon meet at Crimson Lights. He says he's thinking about accepting his father's offer to work with Adam. Sharon, in turn, informs him about pushing Adam for a merger of the companies. Sharon is hoping that Adam will say yes.
