The Young and the Restless Recap for Tuesday, August 15, 2023:
Today on The Young and the Restless, Victor uncovers a corporate scandal, Victoria forces Nate to come clean, and Jack gives Ashley and Tucker an unusual wedding gift.

Victoria asks Nate if he's talked to Audra recently. She informs him that Audra pitched the same merger idea to her mother that he did to her. Nate lies, and Victoria confronts him. Nate eventually confesses and suggests they get rid of Adam.
Adam is heading to his father's after being summoned by him but is stopped by Sally, who comes by with a housewarming gift. Sally volunteers to accompany Adam to talk about her acceptance of Victor's offer, but he asks her to wait for his return. Sally agrees to stay behind. She notices some boxes Adam still needs to unpack and discovers old photos of them together.

Victor and Nikki are informed by Audra at the ranch that Adam requested the merger and has leverage over her due to a cover-up she did for Tucker while under McCall. Nikki asks about Nate's involvement and Audra explains he was just trying to help her. Audra apologizes for not coming to them sooner and promises to never do anything like this again. Adam arrives late and apologizes. Victor confronts Adam saying, "Did you really think you were gonna get away with this?"
Jack hands Ashley the paperwork returning her former company, My Beauty, to her. He explains that he wants to end their war and see her succeed. However, Ashley is hesitant, wondering if he's playing games on her wedding day. Tucker thanks Jack for the deal and Kyle heads out with Diane running behind him.
Diane begs him to stay since he was already late, but he says he's sorry he even came. He's sorry he interrupted a wonderful night with Audra to step into this mess. Diane thinks he's trying to drown his pain by being in an affair, but she advises him that the affair will end up being meaningless. Kyle leaves anyway.
Y&R Recap Today
Ashley apologizes for how she reacted to Jack's wedding gift. She thanks Jack and Diane for coming to the wedding. Diane points out that with this gift, Ashley no longer has to worry about her father's company because the company is now in good hands with her and Jack. Billy lashes out, and they start to bicker. Tucker wants to leave with his wife, but Ashley says they are not going anywhere. Diane and Jack leave. Billy congratulates the newlyweds and leaves with Chelsea.
After realizing they all know about it, Adam admits to what he did. He says to call it genetic; he did what must be done to get what he wanted. Victor puts his foot down. He appreciates Audra coming forward with the truth. Victor promises her that her position at Newman Media is safe and requests to speak with Adam in her absence. On her way out, Audra texts Kyle to meet in her room in 20 minutes. Victor confronts Adam about his constant defiance, which is getting on his nerves. Victor says he should fire his ass, but he won't, and he can't because he just acquired a lot of capital from Europe to finance his company, and he will not lose those damn investors because of Adam. "You're hanging by a thread," Victor tells him as Adam walks out. Victor is hopeful that he finally got through to Adam, but Nikki is worried he may not have. It breaks her heart when she sees her husband so angry.
Nate and Victoria run into Audra, who is delighted. Because of a friend's advice, she dodged a very dangerous bullet. Victoria tells her she wants to hear all about it in the morning since they have much to discuss.
Traci comes home and confronts Jack about what he did at the wedding. She asks what he and Diane are up to and advises that whatever it is, it is about to rip their family apart again. Audra reports to Kyle that he is a genius because his advice worked. Billy tells Chelsea that what she saw at the wedding was just an act. Meanwhile, in their suite, Tucker and Ashley drink to their nuptials. He tells her that he loves her, and she says, "I love you too," and they have their first dance.
